Overall satisfied with our accommodations here. Rooms are a tad small but they are very clean. Close to the park. Shuttles are nice. Disney springs is a hop and skip away BUT parking is not included, it’s $30 a night and we’re not happy about being caught off guard by that. The website says “On-Site Parking” there is absolutely no mention of a daily fee on the site or booking. We did discuss this with the front desk staff and they were nice enough to give us a discount. That made it a little easier to swallow the cost. Appreciate that. Thank you. Staff have been very nice and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working here. We will be staying here again. The little kids area was great, pool area is very fun. There’s also a fire pit and corn hole toss. UPDATE: On our last day here we found out that there is a hidden resort fee of $25 per day. We will NOT be staying here again. This place will buckle and dime you. We rebooked our hotel months in advance and I’m astonished how many hidden fees there are. Hospitals are REQUIRED BY LAW to give an itemized breakdown of charges but hotels are not? Wow. 😤

Although the location was very convient and the staff was very friendly. The room was bad. When we first arrived it felt as if the sheets were not finished drying and quickly realized the whole room was Dewey/humid. Even the carpet felt wet. Even after turning the AC low, it did not help at all. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room, that one was in the same condition. But with a 14 month old it was already late and she was sleeping so we decided to stay the night. We had to end up going to Walmart and buying a fan to help and got us through the night. We also realized that the fridge in the new room was not working where I had milk stored for my toddler, good thing we had a cooler with us. I honestly don’t know if other people were not complaining about the humidity in the rooms. I had pre booked the same hotel before we had arrived for the following weekend and quickly canceled my booking after this. We ended up staying at the holiday inn the following weekend. It was just down the street and it was a much better experience with clean rooms and bigger ones at that.i have never had an experience like this before.

The staff are the absolute best! This is by far the most welcomed we have felt on our entire trip. From the moment we got there to the moment we left everyone was friendly, greeted us with a smile everytime and offered to help in any way possible. Have genuinely never had this good of service staying on any other disney resort or disney area hotel. Outstanding custoner service from everyone.

Beautiful hotel! Provided food and amenities! The hotel was immaculate in my room was cleaned daily. Everybody was friendly and very helpful! The Hilton Palace was around the corner did Not clean my sister‘s room every day. Thank you!

First time staying here with my boyfriend for our trip to disneyworld. We spent 10+ hours each day at the park and needed a place to sleep, shower, and leave our luggage. This was perfect! The black out curtains made for perfect sleeping conditions in the Florida sun, the fan on the AC was perfect white noise, and the lobby shop was convenient! My only area for improvement in the room was the shower. No fan, moldy spots on the ceiling, and intense water pressure. But did the job. Less than 5 min walk to Disney springs. Totally accessible for strollers/wheelchairs (elevators). Literally off the hotel property, up some stairs (or elevator), and across a skybridge. And boom. You’re there. 10/10 shuttle service to the parks. Super easy QR code to scan and book a shuttle time. Free code to waive fees. Was reliable and mostly on time. Easy pick up at the end of the night as well. Didn’t know the first day that there were 2 shuttles (one for Epcot/MK) and the other for AK and HS. Once we figured that out, smooth sailing. Rodney is a fabulous driver. 100% would stay here again and would recommend to friends/family. We did NOT use the pool, restaurants, arcade, or bar, but all were available.
