It’s a super nice place the only issue is the people between some staff and the people staying here (only some not all). For the staff they are all super nice that’s not the issue. The issue is between 6am-8:30am they are outside yelling back and forth between each other so loud about stuff (work stuff I’m assuming) but they wake us up every morning… we are on the 3rd floor and get woken up by it…🌝 Next I did have a few issue with the people staying here just smoking right by the elevator area and right by the parking and the smell is so disgusting and I have asthma so that didn’t help but also especially since there’s a ton of kids staying here. Maybe the resort should move their smoking area or make no smoking more strict around the resort🤷‍♀️ but front desk staff are super nice!

It's great for a short vacation stay. Everything was clean, but the place could use some serious upgrades. The pool bar was great. We went so much that the servers and the owner knew us, lol. It could use a few more smoking areas. People do still smoke, and you don't want to run them off by being unfriendly to that group. It was close to a lot, and overall, we had a fun time. The screened patio was also great. We were glad it had a ceiling fan, making it quite pleasant at night.

The 1 bedroom villa was not a villa at all. It is a 1 bedroom suite in a condo style building. The room was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. It was not. The doorway was 35 inches not 36 like it should be. One of the bathroom entrances lead to the kitchen. To access it you would have to take out half of the peninsula because there was not enough turn radius to get into it. The other entrance on the other end led to the bedroom. To get there you can barely fit the wheelchair past the bed to make the turn First you pass by the enormous tub. Then you pass the roll-in shower that had was extremely small. I'm a bit on the heavy side and I don't think I could fit in. Then you finally get to the toilet. No idea where the sink was. There was no way to get the wheelchair in the very tiny kitchen. The wheelchair could not make the turn after the peninsula to get to the kitchen. This was also where the washer and dryer are.I could stay because I was unable to access the toilet. Due to the false advertising of it being a villa and that I wouldn't be able to got to the bathroom I was forced to find another hotel. I wanted a full refund. Booking said the hotel had to okay it before a refund. The hotel told me to talk to Booking to get a refund. Meanwhile I do not have my money refunded yet. I canceled the room for false advertising and Booking is telling me that there is a cancelation fee. I think not. I would have stayed if the bathroom, kitchen, and doorway would have been up to ADA standards which they are not.

This was a very nice resort . Really great location near by everything for tourism. Affordable rooms staycation . Wonderful customer service by Natalia. She was very accommodating even made sure she gave me extra coffee . Hotel coffee ☕️was really good. On our last night we really enjoyed the hotel 🏨 we went to the pool and enjoyed the nice warmth water of the hot tub 🛁. We made sure we cleaned up after ourselves before leaving and washed the towels and pillows cases used made sure bathroom was cleaned washed all dishes . It felt like we lived there like we were apart of the Florida community.Overall we had a really wonderful stay . A perfect way to end the summer !

I went to check in late at night, as we had let the front desk know in advance. We spent four hours traveling on the road before arriving after a regular workday. We were exhausted. It was my birthday weekend celebration, so my expectations were high. At check-in time, I provide my bank card for a hold of $150.00 for incidentals. That's what she told me because I had made the reservation online and provided my credit card for the room charges. The front desk lady told me that my room would be on the 3rd floor, and I asked her if they provided elevator services, as I was carrying suitcases and cake boxes. She told me that YES, of course. I went to the assigned building, and what a surprise! After 20 minutes of calling the elevator with no luck, I decided to call the front desk by phone. The same lady informed me that the elevator has been reported as out of service, so I need to return to the front office to obtain a new key for my assigned room. Seriously? I went back, and she gave me a new key for a different room, far away from the main office, next to the expressway. What a surprise, after we walked and went upstairs to the second floor, this time the elevator was working, but the unit was out of service. It was a mess, plumbing tools everywhere, and the toilet was disconnected from the water main line. Again, I called the front office and explained that the assigned room wasn't in service. She apologized one more time and told me that a maintenance person would bring me a new key for a different unit in the same building. I sat and waited for 25 minutes, then decided to call one more time, and she was in total surprise that the guy hadn't shown up yet. I put my phone call on hold, and then she told me that he was at the new unit, waiting for me. She gave me the unit number, one floor above, and we went there. However, it was yet another disappointment; nobody was there. I called again. She said that he was closed and asked me to wait there for him. Ten minutes after he showed up with the unit key, and when we went inside, the humidity level was high. However, after two more hours of trying to sleep for my next day at the Universal Parks, we decided to stay. We chose this resort because of the amenities advertised online, and we had expected to spend our last day at the resort. Everything was a fraud; only one pool was working, of course, not the adult-only. The park charges a fee for those who wish to use the zipline. We decide to check out early. I personally went to the front desk on our way out and asked the lady if I needed to pay for something else, and she told me that everything was fine and paid. What a surprise when I checked my bank account the following day and found a $256.00 charge. Again, I called the Front Desk, and they told me that the manager would call me back because she was in a meeting, which never happened. The Following day, I called again, and she wasn't at the hotel yet. Then, I was rude and advised that if she doesn't call me back, I will submit a chargeback. The supervisor called me by midday and explained that they don't have a financial connection with the website I use to make reservations, so they charge the customer directly. Why didn't anyone tell me that from the start, and let me decide which card I want to use to pay for the hotel stay?
