The beach is quiet and clean, the pools are amazing (especially the infinity pool overlooking the bay), and the food — from breakfast to dinner — was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every single member of staff went above and beyond — from the buggy drivers to the restaurant team — always kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Pimalai isn’t just a resort; it’s a complete escape. Peaceful, elegant, and absolutely worth every minute of the journey to get here. We had an amazing time there for days. For such a big hotel, the service was surprisingly attentive. By the second day, the waitress at breakfast, a lady with short hair and charming smile, already remembered our room No. I was so impressed. I started having wisdom tooth pain from the first day, but during our stay, Miss Ben quickly arranged everything, from the dentist to the emergency clinic, and thanks to her and other stuffs, I was able to return home safely. Thank you so much again. The trip to uninhabited island was also wonderful. I’m truly greatful from the bottoms of my heart.

"Tropical Paradise" The property is exceptionally well maintained, with thoughtful landscaping and an exotic atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly with service often exceeding expectations. The room is spacious, clean with beautiful sea as well as garden view. Two swimming pools are peaceful with stunning ocean view. Resort restaurants offer special events daily like Hot Pot dinner, Steak & Wine Night etc. The spa is super nice as well with their exotic atmosphere and skilled therapists. Pimalai Resort and Spa is one of the best places to stay in Thailand. I strongly recommend this tropical paradise to couple, family as well as honeymooner. You won't be disappointed.

From Krabi airport , they pick you up and you have about 2 hours trip ( boat and car ) to get there . Beautiful scenery , nice rooms , very comfortable bed & soft bed sheets , nice towels . The beach is very pretty too . But the hotel is more like chain hotels than small luxury hotel . The restaurant in the middle , the tables is so close to each other that has no privacy . The beach bed same thing , even thought the beach is big and empty . We would stay at the beach restaurant and didn’t used the beds . Staff in the beach restaurant and in the hill restaurant were very nice .yoga and most of the sport classes you have to pay extra which for a resort is not great . Normally most resorts have daily free yoga or other sport classes .food quality is ok . All together pleasant stay but not very privacy.. pool also all jammed next to each others . Good for family .. kids everywhere .

There are so many good things to say about Pimalai, I don't even know where to begin. One of my favourite aspects of it was how much mature jungle it's surrounded by, and how many beautiful mature trees there are throughout the grounds. I had so many happy hours bird watching without having to go very far away. Even saw a Colugo! Both the pools are absolutely spectacular and the view from the upper pool is breathtaking. The staff are all incredibly good at their jobs and super friendly. We came in low season and really appreciated having so much space and privacy in our beautiful hillside villa with pool. Even in the height of rainy season the weather wasn't too bad at all with plenty of sunny days. We'll be back!

Unforgettable stay at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa. We stayed in one of the private villas — a cozy 538 sq ft house with a beautiful balcony and complete privacy. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the landscaping around the resort is done with great care. The service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. During breakfast one morning, I accidentally dropped my knife — within seconds, someone rushed over with a clean replacement before I could even ask. Another day, I had a small accident at the pool and dislocated my shoulder. A staff member named Fad immediately helped and was able to fix it quickly using pressure techniques — I was amazed by his calmness and skill. There’s plenty to do around the resort: free kayaks (when the water is calm), pool and ping-pong tables, complimentary adult and kids’ bikes, boxing lessons, and even a dedicated scuba and snorkeling office for excursions. Everything we tried — from food to drinks — was excellent. The only minor downside was that the beach always had a red flag up during our stay, so swimming wasn’t allowed, but that’s of course due to nature and not the resort. Overall, Rawi Warin exceeded every expectation. Beautiful property, world-class service, and a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended

Spent a few days at Rawi Warin and honestly, it’s one of those places that look even better in person than in photos. The resort is beautifully landscaped, every corner feels curated for calm. Morning light over the pond, sea breeze at breakfast, and those golden-hour reflections by the pool perfect. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a great view to wake up to. Staff were warm and genuine, you can tell they really care. Breakfast was good, and the spa and pool areas are where time just slows down in the best way. It’s a bit of a walk since the resort’s built on a hill, but the buggy service runs smoothly. The beach can get rocky during low tide, but come sunset, it’s pure magic. If you’re after a quiet spot to reset, somewhere between nature, light, and comfort, this place hits all the right notes. Would love to come back, camera in hand.

Lovely resort that is worth the money. The food in the breakfast buffet, the restaurants and the pool side bar were amazing. I recommend ordering from the Thai menu during dinner. The spa was also nice. I thought just overpriced but I appreciated the special deals they had. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great hotel with a beautiful huge garden. Single Pavillons (2 stories) are cute and spacious and protect you from anything you might hear from the neighbors. Great pool and even better service! Would come here anytime again!

Superb breakfast cruisants are amazing crisp best western have had this trip staying in various hotels. Just one thing, having to take a blue card down to the swimming pool in order to obtain towels, is a bind, should be able to go and pick one up. Staff are fantastic so lovely.

The resort is beautiful, quiet, and very intimate, with a peaceful adults-only atmosphere that makes it perfect for couples.
