Our stay at Rixos The Palm was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel is stunning, the service is exceptional, and every detail made our vacation unforgettable. A very special thank you to Sarooj, the housekeeping gentleman, who was always so kind, attentive, and made sure our room was spotless every single day. His warm smile and professionalism really stood out! We also had the pleasure of dining at several of the hotel’s amazing restaurants. The Steak House offered the most delicious cuts of meat, cooked to perfection and served with style. The Bodrum Restaurant was another highlight — the seafood and Mediterranean dishes were fresh and full of flavor. And we couldn’t resist visiting the Istanbul Patisserie, where the sweets and pastries were absolutely divine! The cocktails there were incredibly delicious, and the waiters were exceptionally attentive and friendly, making every visit a real pleasure. Everything at Rixos The Palm exceeded our expectations — from the breathtaking views to the outstanding hospitality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Another Incredible Stay at Rixos The Palm! This is my first time leaving a review for Rixos The Palm, but it’s actually our seventh visit since 2022 — that should say it all! Every single time, the experience has been absolutely incredible. From the moment you step into the hotel, you’re greeted by pleasant and friendly staff who make you feel welcome right away. Our children, now aged 7 and 8, absolutely love spending time at The Breeze Pool Bar. Wilson and his team always look after us so well, taking care of everything we need. A special mention to Mohammed, who is always attentive with our sunbeds and towels. Our 8-year-old son is autistic, and the staff at The Breeze truly understand his routine, needs, and preferences — it makes such a difference and allows mummy and daddy to relax and enjoy the day stress-free. The Rixy Kids Club is fantastic too! My daughter is always entertained and excited to go back every day. A big thank you as well to the wonderful team at the Bodrum Restaurant — the staff are so attentive, and a special shout-out to the new Head Chef who has transformed the menu. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety for both adults and children. They even make sure to have all of my son’s safe foods, which means the world to us. We are always greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness wherever we go in the resort. We can’t wait to return again — Rixos The Palm never disappoints!

We had a fantastic week at Rixos The Palm! The hotel is beautiful, the food and bars are excellent, and the staff are what make it truly special. The beach team looked after us perfectly, Sher’s spicy margaritas at the Bodrum Bar were amazing, and Sunny kept them coming with a smile. Huge thanks to Oner, Rida, and Isuru at the Nargile Lounge for their friendly, first-class service. The spa is outstanding, and the coffee and patisserie counter is a real treat — Rida’s coffees are the best! Rixos The Palm is one of those rare hotels that gets everything right. We’ll definitely be back.

The Rixos the Palm hotel is absolutely stunning, the location is amazing for views however it is quite far to get to anywhere, approx £30 in a taxi will get you to most places. But absolutely worth the travel. We had a 3 bedroom suite on the 6th floor, so our views were phenomenal. L’Olivo was a lovely restaurant, accommodated 11 of us. Food was lovely. We were served by Rupa, who was very helpful. Thank you to Sangeeta for our lovely cocktails also. A big shout out to Safy who does the photos, she is located at the bottom of the stairs towards the main restaurant, she did a sunset shoot for our whole group and the photos were lovely.

Brilliant hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you! So attentive! Nothing is ever to much trouble. Staff are always smiling,polite and so friendly! Bar 21 is brilliant for families or adults alike live entertainment every evening and such a good atmosphere! Every member of staff we encounted from the wait staff by the cabana beds to the bar staff in bar 21 and also reception staff everyone goes above and beyond! Will defintley be back again
