We are leaving today and are already looking at booking our next stay. The staff is next level, you are treated like royalty everywhere you go. Dora always took the time to sit and talk to me like we were old friends. Abelardo at the pool bar was always quick to make our drinks, and provided excellent service. The food is all great, and don’t sleep on the room service! Nothing better than a late night snack. I do wish the buffet was open for dinner, we did not always want to do a fancy sit down dinner. I also wish they had a market of some sort with local vendors, so we didn’t have to leave the resort to do some shopping. Overall 100/10 - we loved it!

my wife and I, along with family and friends, have visited the VIM 8 times over the last 12 years. This resort is nearly perfect for us! service is generally incredible, and the food is great! large resort without being too expansive. the grounds are kept perfect and are a joy to walk. the VIM is classy without being pretentious and you always feel welcomed by everyone you encounter. this place is the best!

From start to finish our 2 week stay here was wonderful. Shout out to the gardeners whom make this resort a true paradise, the wait staff at all the high end restaurants, especially the waiters at l'oglio who made us laugh and took the time to talk and maria and lizbeth at le marche who welcomed us each morning and lunch. Every person working at valentin would great you with a Hola and a smile. Everywhere is kept spotless and even walking along the paths there is guitar music piped in, flowers and of course all the wildlife from caotis, deers, iguanas and gorgeous birds which makes this resort a step above. It's no wonder there are so many repeat guests.

We just got back home from this amazing resort, and wow , what an experience! It was our second time visiting (our first was in 2020), and while I already loved this place back then, after this visit, I’m absolutely speechless. Everything is truly top-notch- the service, the food, the atmosphere - everything! Landscaping: The grounds are stunning! Lush greenery everywhere, perfectly maintained, and always spotless. You’ll also encounter some local wildlife like raccoons and lizards are common sights. They don’t bother guests at all and keep their distance, so there’s no need to worry (and please don’t feed them). Rooms: The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Each one even has a soaking bathtub. Food: Every single restaurant feels like a Michelin-star experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was exceptional. Each restaurant has its own unique charm, but the French and Italian ones were our favorites. Beach and Pools: Valentin truly has one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen. You won’t find a single piece of seaweed in the morning . The staff makes sure everything is pristine so guests can fully enjoy the beach. The pools are fantastic, especially the main one. There’s always something fun going on, from entertainment to activities, making it the perfect place to relax and have a great time. Staff: And last but not least - the people. The staff at this resort are simply incredible. They are hardworking, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay unforgettable. They will go above and beyond to make you feel special, welcomed, and well taken care of. Every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help. You’ll truly feel like royalty from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This resort is something special. And if you are thinking about going to Valentin, think no more! The answer is definitely - YES.

Had an amazing week at Valentin Imperial. Was the first time here and compared to other all-inclusive resorts, was our favorite. Service was spectacular and never had a problem. All of the restaurants were great and wasn't a problem getting seated right away. Liked all of the options to choose from and never had a bad meal. All of the bars were great. Shout out to the staff at Martini bar off the lobby! Go to place for an end of evening drink. Don Miguel's was also a cool atmosphere and a favorite to relax in the evening. The grounds are really well maintained and beautiful throughout. Once we figured out what they were, watching the coati's play was fun. Rooms were good, beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Glad we stayed in the Gold buildings as the smaller, quieter pool was great to have close by. The size of the beach front was incredible. Lots of shaded chairs. Was unfortunately sargassum but not the resort's fault and they did what they could to clean main areas of the beach. Still enjoyed the ocean. Only complaint was the number of guys selling on the beach. Seemed every 2 minutes someone came by. After a while, "no, gracias" gets tiring. As a group, they'd park on the beach and hang out most of the day. One even had his kid running around the beach. Odd for adults only resort. But overall was really impressed and would definitely go back.
