We recently stayed at this hotel for our vacation. While there were a few challenges during our stay, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to two outstanding staff members from the baggage service and the housekeeping lady responsible for Room 2521. Oacar was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and efficient in assisting us with our luggage. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The housekeeping lady for Room 2521 also demonstrated remarkable professionalism. She kept our room impeccably clean and consistently provided service with a warm and positive attitude. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience and reflected genuine hospitality. We hope management recognizes their excellent work, as they represent the best of the hotel’s service team. However, we were disappointed with the front desk service, which lacked responsiveness and courtesy. Additionally, the room condition was below expectations, and the bathroom shower was leaking, which caused some inconvenience. We trust that the management will take these concerns into consideration and address them appropriately. Despite these issues, the exceptional efforts of Oacar and the housekeeping staff deserve full recognition and appreciation.

I usually love traveling with my family to Cancun, but my experience at Crown Paradise Club Cancun was absolutely horrible. We stayed for 5 days and had to change rooms twice. The first room had water leaking in the bathroom. We were moved to another room — and that one had the same problem. Finally, we were given a third room on the 6th floor, but there was loud construction going on all day with lots of noise and dust. We couldn’t stay in the room from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. because it was unbearable. Dinner reservations were also a headache. You can only book through the app between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the same day, meaning you can’t even have a dinner reservation on your check-in day. They have five restaurants, but one is randomly closed each day. The food quality was shocking. It honestly looked and tasted like imitation food. I ordered a filet mignon, but the texture and flavor were definitely not real meat. And it wasn’t just that dish — most of the food was disappointing. The buffet food was almost the same every single day, with little variety. I was genuinely surprised by how poor the food quality was overall. The snack bar near the pool was also disappointing — they were stingy with French fries and served them in very limited portions after a long wait. Even though the fryer wasn’t being used and they had run out of fries, they wouldn’t make more — they just told us to wait for an hour. As for the “resort credit,” it’s basically useless. You can only use it for room service or extra food, and even then, only 30%+(Tax+Tip: Out of pocket) of your balance applies. Lastly, even though Costco said all taxes were included, we were charged an extra $5 per day at check-in. Overall, this resort was a huge disappointment — poor maintenance, terrible management, and misleading information. I would not recommend Crown Paradise Club Cancun to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel just a few weeks ago, location was amazing, staff where really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the food was absolutely disgusting, there was not a good mix of food especially for the kids, my self, wife, and both daughters caught food poisoning after eating the food, a lot of the food was not covered up and multiple times I noticed flys around the food, I had a waffle for breakfast and the waffle was stale, and my wife was eating a pancake and then realised it was mouldy, my daughter sat down to eat her breakfast and a bug crawled across her plate, in the dinning hall where the pastry’s was on a table there was no protection from flys or bugs at all, we was actually talking to other people out there who was ok there holidays and they was having the same problems with the food, it was was awful. One time I did not understand any restaurant anywhere they always have chips, French fries, but they only had them pool side, and the cook gave you the smallest portion. The TUI rep was unbelievably unhelpful. Had the nerve to tell me Mexican food is strong. Yeah I agree it could be strong, but food hygiene is poor. Is it full of flies in the food hall as well did not help We also missed to day trips due to having food poisoning. The games room could seriously use an update it looks like it was still in the 90s I was then told me could only use the pool table for 25 mins, and there was only 2 pool tables. No Aircon or anything. The gym. Half the equipment was missing, 5 running machines and only two was working, smith machines are broken, it was dirty in there as well. But it did have an amazing view. Overall Mexico lovely county, hotel was gorgeous but food massively let it down especially getting food poisoning.

I am going to try to be as transparent as I can. Checking in the hotel was simple and easy, they gave us our wristbands, towel cards and we went to our room after. Room looked nice in the pictures but when we walked in, we quickly realized pictures don't tell you the entire store. The room is very outdated, the smell of mold is overwhelming, there was 2 big cockroaches , one infront of the room door and the second was in the washroom downstairs (we stayed at family suite). Not much staff spoke English which made it harder to communicate, had to call in few times for more blankets with no luck that I had to physically go down to front desk to ask them to bring us some. Amenities in the hotel are also very dated. Gym is death trap (bench bar came apart from the right side while I was benching), pool tables in the entertainment room were ripped, the foose table was 30 years old and broken. Rock climbing and zipline never opened once for the 3 days I was there (when the schedule clearly stated the hours it will be open). The food is mediocre at best and what they don't tell you is you need to make reservation to the restaurants at hotel right at 8am the day you would like to go because it you don't, the reservation book up and you will end up at the buffet food which is 5/10. Laundry service was amazing and the hotel location is great. I booked the hotel for 6 days but I ended up leaving 3 days later and went to a different hotel because it's simply not acceptable when you are spending that kind of money. This hotel should never be offered through Costco and definitely will never be going back. In my book, this is a 2 start hotel.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic! The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Maria at the adults-only Clown Club lounge. Her attentiveness and dedication made us feel incredibly valued and really enhanced our stay. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the check-in process. The line was quite long, and things felt a bit disorganized. Overall, though, the resort is clean, enjoyable, and definitely worth a visit!
