Stayed here for a weekend 10/11/2025 to 10/13/2025. Getting around is a little confusing there definitely needs to be more signs. One night the restaurant closed early, one restaurant provides food for the others so the others were closed too. That sucked! Do Not get the breakfast buffet! The breakfast buffet was overpriced, food was fair. They give themselves 18% tip for bringing you drinks which is unheard of for buffet tip. The lady host at the register was a train wreck. She couldn't keep up with all the people coming to get tables. She was definitely overwhelmed. The 18% tip crap must be a Florida thing. I don't tip 18% at breakfast especially when someone just brings drinks. We did eat at Valencia I ordered the Mahi tacos and a margarita both were good. The Mahi was a bit too salty. Parking is tight for big SUV's or trucks but they have some spots for those type of vehicles. Check in was great. Very friendly staff. Overall it was a decent stay. The two room suite was huge! The bathroom was big and the bedroom was huge. The first floor has really high ceilings. The bed was comfortable but the pillows sucked. Bring your own pillow. If you don't like kids don't come here, there will be a lot of kids running around. The pics of the pool were misleading. There are three pools, definitely need maintenance, tiles missing etc. There's a hot tub too but there were 6 young kids in there so your surrounded by rugrats every where you go. Haha I would recommend a stay here just remember the above mentioned. Have fun!

Excellent location! Waterpark was awesome! Huge slides, also small splash pad area for smaller kids & awesome lazy river! Buildings were very cut up & confusing but we made it work. There were no extra trash bags left for us in our room, but that wasn’t a huge deal to get more. Somebody else’s trash did sit out in the hall way (2 huge clear bags of trash) for a solid day & part of the next before being removed. Our room was very clean & modern and we enjoyed it very much! If I could offer one suggestion it would be different wrist bands for the room card. Those bands tightened up on their own bc of the dangling strings and once they’re tightened, there’s no going back. I cut mine off, my mom went & got another one put on. Margaritaville and others offer elastic wrist bands and that’s a much better option. I don’t like sleeping with things on my wrist so a removable option would be way better for guests of the actual resort. Overall, excellent stay for our family vacation!

We came as a family for my son and daughter’s birthday - we booked three rooms; a one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The outside hallways could use some maintenance but everything else is beautiful. The water park is cleaned and well maintained. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed service at the bar in the water park - Ricky, Lindsey, Jordan and Jess provided fast friendly service. We can’t wait to have a reason to come for another stay! Only complaint is when paying for rooms and resort fees, parking should be included!

October 2-5, 2025 - Spent wife's birthday 🎂 weekend with my family at the Grove. Funny saw an ad for it while there on TikTok 😆. Was an adventure since I drove to the parking lot without my family, and lot stopped on the 5th floor. So had to park and take the elevator the rest of way. The bags were taken up prior to then. Nice setup. Security out front, the steward at the registration entrance was very helpful, with luggage and building directions. Rooms were nice. Because it's a resort room service is different and pool towels are in the room. After some adjustments things were fine. Kitchenette was included and had to get linen for one child. Nice walking trails, wading pools, etc. Make sure you read and understand everything before, during, and after being there. Rooms, TVs, and amenities were nice. The grab and go store may have been a little pricey. There's a charge for parking and you have to be out at a certain time. We enjoyed our stay.

If you only read one review for this location let it be this one: There were problems from start to finish. When we checked in the young man who helped us tried to tell us that we were being charged an additional amount on top of what we already paid "because we had not paid it yet", which was false. I paid in full before we got there. We understood there were hotel fees and incidentals, which is fine, but he told us we owed an additional $385 or so. After I confirmed with my credit card company that everything was all set on my end, we got back in line and were helped by another customer service rep. This rep explained that the fees and incidentals were included in the $500, and we did not owe an additional amount. The young man then came over and explained that to us, which he did not. From there, we got our room keys and headed to our room. The issue is that our keys worked to enter the room that was already occupied. We were very surprised to open the door and see another family's belongings in the room. HUGE breach of privacy and safety. We called down to the front desk, and we were told that we would have to go back down, without luggage, and get new keys. There was no way for them to bring the new keys to us to avoid lugging our things around the hotel after an already stressful and lengthy check-in. We finally get the room issue resolved and head back upstairs. The room was clean, but the hallway had a funny smell. There was also a bag of laundry left in the hall the first two days we were there. The next day, we called the spa to set up an appointment after seeing the posters hanging in the elevator, but apparently, it's no longer open. So, we went to the pool area instead. It was dirty and unattended to by any staff members. The pool area had trash, including Band-Aids stuck to the table and a dirty diaper left on the patio next to the pool for the entire afternoon. We didn't see a single staff member come around to clean the area or check on guests. Additionally, the tables had built up grime covering them. The last two times we stayed here, the ground, tables, and chairs were power-washed regularly, which I know because we saw them doing it. It is obvious this is no longer the case, and it makes the outdoor amenities feel dingy. My husband went to the bar to order a drink, but the room key wasn't working. We went back to the front desk to find out why the key didn't work... even though we'd already paid the fee to charge stuff to the room. The customer service rep explained that we did not have a card on file. Of course, we had a card on file... we had already been charged the $500. The manager came over to assist at which point she explained that she had accidentally deleted our card from the file when she made the room switch. We were told that we would have to present our credit card again to add it back to the file. My husband asked to see the bill, at which point he noticed that someone else's credit card information was on our bill. We can only assume it was the credit card of the people whose room we were originally put in. Frustrated is an understatement. The manager explained that this never happens, and she's unsure how it even happened, but it has now happened two times in two days that we were given access to this other family's room, belongings, address, and credit card info. I have no idea if they told the other family about the issue, but I know for a fact I would want to know if a hotel had messed up this badly. The manager mentioned that she had comped us a few things: parking, an upgrade to a 3-bedroom, and a late check-out. The issue is... There were only two of us, so we didn't need a larger room, and we had a flight to catch, so we couldn't use late check-out (not like I would want to stay there any longer than I already was). The only reason we stayed the weekend was because I wasn't going to pay to stay at another hotel and lose the money I'd spent at The Grove. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, the elevator to our building (Landing 7) expired on 08/01/2025.
