I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions via the skywalk. The hotel itself is impressive, featuring multiple restaurants, shops, a casino, and entertainment options. My room was beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Check-in was an absolute nightmare thanks to Maya in VIP check-in. She should never be allowed to be face to face with anyone ever. She was rude and dismissive and completely unprofessional. She interrupted us constantly and was combative about everything we asked. Completely unacceptable. If I was looking for a reason not to return, Naya would be the only reason. Erica by contrast was the absolute sweetest, loveliest person. She made check-in a breeze and made me feel welcome. She is a top team member and should be commended for her excellent service! My only minor issue with the room was receiving a city view instead of the fountain view I had booked, but as I spent little time in the room, it didn't detract significantly from the experience. The hotel's lobby and elevators are stunning, featuring beautiful digital art displays. I will certainly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The terrace room with the view of the Bellagio fountain and the sphere was awesome, especially for Vegas first timers. Secret pizza was much better than expected and the ski lodge had a great atmosphere. The art work scattered around the property was fun to look at. 10/10 would stay there again!

Let me start off by saying the staff at the Cosmopolitan was kind and not problematic, but I won’t be staying here again especially at the price point this hotel charges. I paid $600 for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with a friend. We experienced several issues. First, our shower drain did not drain properly it would easily overflow if I wasn’t there to turn the shower off while I was showering. Second, there is a double sink in the bathroom however the right bathroom sink was not draining properly due to a piece of gum/candy clearly being stuck in it and it is missing the drain cover. These issues should have already been corrected before we arrived. We are two women and stayed for just 2 nights so we were not comfortable with maintenance workers coming in here and interrupting our stay to fix it while we’re relaxing in our room trying to enjoy my birthday. Would you want your plumbing fixed while you’re on a vacation? Probably not. Third, the Cosmopolitan decided it would be a great idea to implement new software programs for checking in/out as we were checking out. The line of people was very long and the workers appeared confused on navigating this new software. Shouldn’t a company host a training session so the workers know how to operate under new conditions before you just start using it on real people who are trying to catch a flight? Hopefully someone sees my feedback and corrects it for the next guest. As for me and my loved ones, we will be investing our money into staying somewhere else next time.

The hotel is very nice, in a great central location on the Strip, and has several very good restaurants. But the service definitely needs improvement. Checking in was good, but only because I have Marriott Bonvoy status so we didn't have to wait in the exceedingly long lines. We tried to reach a concierge person using the house phone, but our phone didn't work. We reported it - never fixed. Then I used the mobile concierge but it took me about 10 minutes to actually get an answer to a simple question (& I'm a techie, so not user problem). Then I wanted a copy of our bill. The email from them had a link which I went to & filled in the info requested. Looked ok, said I'd get my copy within the hour. 8 days & 3 requests later I'm still waiting. And don't even try to call & talk to a human - i just lost 30 minutes of my life! Still no bill!!! 😡

Booked a fountain view balcony suite for our 4th Vegas tripe & wedding, flew 1st with Virgin which was magical - booked the Cosmo as had read amazing things about it & walked it a few times! We arrived at 2pm and were told to wait with luggage in the bar for an email as they prepared our room. Several visits to the desk & finally at 6:30pm the staff nonchalantly replies - “yes your room’s ready” but no email, no attempt at making our wait more comfortable - simply being told that it’s our fault for booking one of the exclusive rooms, so they need time to “make it perfect for us” 52nd floor, the view was stunning & the suite was spacious - worth the cost. Unfortunately the room cannot have been cleaned in several months, absolutely disgusting. Grime in the shower, hairs stuck to the shower tiles & floor, all cupboard shelves had both dust & dirt on them. The complimentary fridge had old sticky drink spilled over all shelves. Luckily we’d brought a large pack of cleaning wipes, it took ~20 to clean the bathroom until we weren’t seeing thick black sludge being brought off the floor and sink. The sink drain was broken, fixed it myself because I figured 4.5hrs to be given a dirty room having been up for 26 hours didn’t bode well for a plumber! The sofas in the living space were very comfy and spacious, well worth paying for the larger space. The room booking confirmation came with daily dining credit, no record of this at reception. All staff were very friendly and polite with the exception of the check in kiosks (they must be beaten down at this point) The hotel is drastically understaffed with dirty rooms posing still as a “luxury 5star strip resort” A lack of required staff, dirty room, broken plumbing & broken check in procedures made this the worst hotel experience of our lives, not to mention the ~$65 resort fees. Be aware this is not a luxury resort, and not worth anywhere near what it charges.
