We just stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip and I was just so disappointed. I used to love this hotel but unfortunately the service has really gone down since Covid. When we checked in we mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave us a drink credit which was nice and thankfully it did cover the drinks we got because they were extremely expensive. I don't recommended ordering anything at the bar. Later in the night we asked guest services if we could have some water an they were really rude and directed us to the bar or the waitresses. We saw a waitress who had 3 water bottles on her tray. Instead of acknowledging us she chatted with her friend and then finally told us if we wanted water we had to gamble and she'd return to take our order. Like whatever happened to treating people as humans? We had gambled there all night and hadn't been approached for a drink and we just wanted some water but got treated like an animal. And then when leaving about 30 cars got stuck in the parking garage because the attendant wouldn't open the gate for them. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking is so much, they got rid of the buffet we loved, the drinks are about $30 a piece. I recommend Palazzo, they treat you much better there.

The Aria is a world known hotel, we have been staying here for 10 years now. So when we decided to get married and have our wedding here in Vegas we were so excited to treat ourselves to a beautiful sky suite. To our dismay the troubles were soon to follow. Our wedding flowers that we had situated and planned a month in advance were due to be delivered and sent to our room. Easy right? 5 star hotel can handle right? Super routine for an establishment such as this… our wedding flowers were tossed into a corner, unrefrigerated ALL night and then was told they were never delivered by 4 separate people working at the bell desk. Finally AFTER the ceremony had passed with no flowers I come down stairs and lo and behold there are my wedding flowers dead and completely wilted because of this hotel’s massive failing and incompetence. Of course was fopped off with upgrades, comped food and beverage and another bottle of champagne but this is what is so upsetting, THIS WAS OUR WEDDING. We had one moment where it was all supposed to be perfect and this was taken from us and CHEAPLY glossed over by some cheap perks, extremely disappointing. This will be the last time we set foot in the Aria. We’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years and this is what we get? No manager could tell me what happened, no one wanted to accept responsibility as I had to deal with 3 different managers.

Overall my stay was good. When I tried to check in early, there was only 4th floor room available, later at 3pm, I was able to get 27th. The room was blocked Cosmopolitan hotel, totally building view unfortunately. Spacious room, nice staffs, food options were varied. Especially, food court, Proper Eats, is great. Reasonable prices comfortable dining area.

I would rate this hotel about 3.5 stars. It’s conveniently located right off the strip. The property is clean, but it does feel a little dated. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service is good. One thing I didn’t like: if you leave money out in your room, housekeeping will take it right away. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, they don’t wait until the end of your stay. I usually leave a larger tip at the end, but since they take it immediately, it makes me wonder what else could be taken. On a positive note, the suite pool is excellent. It’s reserved only for suite guests, and the service there is amazing. They guide you to your seat, set up towels, and even bring aloe every hour. That part of the experience really stood out. Overall: I might stay here again if they improve housekeeping practices. The service in some areas is outstanding, but trust and consistency are just as important when choosing a hotel.

The MGM grime has clearly set in at the Aria. A resort that presents itself as 5 stars should not have stains on the walls and furniture, visible dust, and damaged furniture but here we are. Room Service was a miss for the most part as well. The food was good, but plastic silverware? Really?! This isnt the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and when I presented my issues they immediately comped $250 in room service charges (about 3 meals) and 3 days of resort fees. The fact the front desk was able to do this immediately tells me this a common complaint. They also swapped me to a new room. When the new room had the same issues the manager spoke to me told me to live with it. I didnt bother complaining about anything else the entire trip. Overall its a 3 star resort at this point with the price of 5 stars. I dont mind paying a premium when warranted, but its not here. My recommendation as a Vegas vet at this point would be to stay off strip at a local place. I actually got a look at the Rio's new refurbished suites and they're excellent. Much better value. Ill be staying there next time.
