Very nice hotel with great location by the beach. It takes about 15-20 minutes to check in one family in this hotel, so very long queues by the reception. Maybe they should do something about that. I have worked in a hotel and also stayed in lots of hotels but it has never taken so long to check in (we had no special needs or questions). After the pools close, huge seagulls and ducks come swimming, I have no idea what to do about this, but something has to be done. Lots of activities for children and adults. The kids club was fantastic with a friendly staff. They were so nice and considearate towards us and our son. The night entertainment was kind of a disapointment. Only lip syncing and dancing to songs. The pools are huge and they also have a smaller pool on the other side of the hotel, which is a little bit less crowded. We struggled to find space for the sunbeds by the pool, maybe we were the only ones obeying the rule not to reserve them. 😂 All in all there wasn’t enough room for the sunbeds by the pool. Also they need more staff to the poolbar, long queues all day long. The breakfast was my least favorite experience. It was so loud and crowded. So many things had ran out all the time, good selection though. The room was nice, no complaints. We had a family room. Good space and the shower pressure was good. We wanted late check out, but it was not possible. They had an opportunity to reserve a room for showering on the departure day for half and hour. This was such a great service. All in all a great experience.

Spacious room with a surprisingly powerful mini-fridge and a very effective air conditioner that works properly even with the windows open. The bathtub was a great plus for me, and the building itself along with its huge pool area creates a special, almost resort-like vibe. Wi-Fi was stable in the room and only slightly weaker by the pool. However, several things really affected the overall experience. The pool area often turns into a kindergarten - kids running, screaming, splashing, and using water guns despite the posted rules, with parents encouraging it. For a resort this large, it’s disappointing there’s no 18+ or quiet pool zone. The same five pop lounge tracks loop all day long, which becomes tiring quickly. The bedding was thin, and even though I requested to have two single beds joined, they were only connected at the base, leaving a gap between the mattresses. Sunbeds are constantly “reserved” with towels for hours, making it nearly impossible to find a free one. Most concerning, my hotel door was left open after cleaning - a serious safety red flag. Although staff compensated with a late checkout, champagne and finally fixed the bed setup, there was zero response to any of my booking.com inquiries, even after the escalation.

Amazing experience 👍 Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights, very relaxing hotel… rooms were very clean, food was having so many options for vegetarians too. Location is perfect. Most of the staff are very nice. We will definitely go again 🙂🙌 I felt pool could be more cleaned. But rest of the services were perfect.

Overall, a nice hotel. Family rooms were modern and clean and gorgeous view looking out to sea in the restaurant. I would say it’s more of a family hotel than for young people. Different pools to choose from which was nice if you wanted a more chill vibe compared to the bigger pool which is more active. Most of the staff were nice however I feel like a couple of them were a little moody. We only ate breakfast here and I’m glad for that. Food was nothing to write home about and the restaurant was always so busy but there’s a good selection of foods. The more relaxed pool area could do with some proper grass or astroturf putting down as it was quite muddy. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as it wasn’t for me, however it’s still a lovely hotel and I think good for families!

Absolutely Disappointing Stay – Avoid at All Costs I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. The room was clearly outdated, with old furnishings that looked like they hadn’t been refreshed in decades. The air conditioning system was a nightmare—no way to regulate airflow or temperature, leaving the room either freezing or stifling. The bathroom added to the misery: the toilet reservoir was leaking constantly, creating a damp, unpleasant smell. The TV was useless—most channels had no signal, and the ones that did were barely watchable. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel: stale pastries, watery coffee. To top it all off, the fridge in the room wasn’t working. I reported it, but nothing was done. No follow-up, no repair, no apology. It stayed broken throughout my stay. This place desperately needs a full renovation and better management. I would not recommend it to anyone.
