DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR UNDER 45. I acknowledge this is a family hotel, but u CANT NOT have any sort of laughter or entertainment. Most dreadful service I’ve ever received. The staff were appalling!!! No respect at all. Me and my partner played music at 3pm on our first day there m, NOT LOUD at all baring in mind they had loud music we could hear until 11/12pm every night for entertainment! They called police on us and it was genuinely traumatising. I’m not sure what they told the police due to the language barrier but we got so much grief of them! The staff were also smiling in our faces the whole time this was happening may I add… They then told us we could continue staying there after they seen how upset we were?!!!!!!! After I very cautious on our holiday due to our service from staff and how uneasy the police made us feel. I’m in disbelief and hope one day we can return to Marbella for a better experience… FYI There wasn’t many English tourists there at all, I would advoid at all costs.

I read conflicting reviews about the hotel. I was anxious before arrival. I needn't have worried. I think it is amazing. The staff are so nice. The food is great. The entertainment is very very good. All the entertainment staff are so talented. The pools and slides are for all ages and excellent. I personally loved that the hotel attracted a lot of Spanish people. To hear the natives voices was lovely. The Spanish guests were so nice. There are still other nationalities there though. I would definitely book again. I am a seasoned traveller for over 40 years. Trust me?

We had a great time staying here. Rooms were clean and fine for the limited time we spent in them. Pool and slides were good. Entertainment staff were fantastic, as were the evening shows. Good minibus service to beach, which although busy, was lovely and clean. Only reason for marking down the service was the incredibly slow service at the outside bar. Even returning cups for tokens took forever!!

I have come on this holiday with me 2 friends. Whilst enjoying the entertainment in the evening. We have SEVERAL people looking at us funny. Telling us to be quiet because we were laughing. It is full of old people so if you’re young and looking for fun don’t come here. Everyone is in the older generation and don’t know how to have a laugh! The hotel itself lovely, entertainment is so good and the team is amazing. Bar staff are so lovely and friendly. The food is lovely. But just pre warning those young people who want to have fun, you will be judged by the other people attending. Most people are old and sad.

The worst breakfast we ever had. Low quality of the food. Poor ventilation in the breakfast room and everything smells of baking and because of that the wardrobe smells bad after breakfast. Room was old, but ok, nice view. Everything is too old and ready to be renovated. Outside parking lot is 10€ per day. 👎A lot of guests park car around hotel (or at the mall behind the hotel) or in front the hotel on the street. Token for glass at the swimming pool is 1€. If you don’t have towels for pool you can buy it at the reception. Every day there are some activities for guests. Schedule you can find at the lobby. Long time ago it was good hotel with good concept. P.S. We didn’t have another option so we had to stay here for 2 nights, but if we had option would never come after reading reviews.
