We spent a long weekend here lovely hotel very big also could have used the other 2 hotels within walking distance this is a holiday village with 3 hotels. It has a water park that is a 15 minute walk away but be aware its all down hill going so obviously its all up hill walking back, there is a shuttle bus that runs all day. We visited on Saturday 4th October 2025 no problem getting a sun bed, the water i have to say was very cold but we did get used to it. The only down side was that there was 2 bars that where open but snacks wernt being served because of the time of year but we didnt mind because we had a large breakfast and there was a shop that sold crisps and snacks. The food in the hotel was lovely lots of variety somthing for everyone. There is a spa but I didn't use this. There is an on site shop that sold toys souvenirs alcohol soft drinks and snacks. There is one large pool this is open 10am to 6pm access to the pool is only at this time. There was a kettle and small kitchen area in our apartment but coffe and tea was not supplied. In the hotel there is a waterfall an avery and little pond areas with terrapins. The all inclusive band has a chip in which also opens your apartment door we had quite a few issues with this so we ended up being given a key card. You have to pay a €25 deposit for the band which is refunded to you once you check out and give back your band if you lose it they charge €25 for a replacement. You also have to give bank or credit card details so they can charge you for any damages or breakages that are your fault

Recently just spent a very enjoyable week at the hotel. Out of all three Holiday World hotels the Polynesia is definitely the best looking and the lobby alone is worth a visit. We had a few issues with our rooms but the staff were all really great and helpful and resolved our concerns within hours of our arrival. Special mention should also go to the housekeepers who are usually the unsung heroes of hotels for making room 309 so lovely to come back to each afternoon. If there any potential improvements it would be nice if the pool area had the same artificial grass like the other hotels and if the daily evening meal themes could be displayed somewhere, this would naturally allow guests to decide if they wish to eat off site if there is nothing to their liking. The final thing is small but the TV channels only have Sky News in English appreciate you're on holiday so you are not there to watch TV but would have been nice but as mentioned this did not ruin our holiday. Once again I would recommend people go to this hotel and enjoy the experience and especially the Beach Club you can easily spend hours enjoying the numerous pools whilst soaking up the sun.

This was our second stay and we loved both visits. The rooms are great, the beds and big and comfortable. We loved the food (other than the desserts, which felt like fake cream in many different colours) and there were great options for all of my family. The pool is amazing and so nice to see the added extras like the inflatable slide and the foam party. The animation team were always lively and fun. The entertainers we watched were great, especially the Kenyan boys. But most of all, without a single exception, every member of staff, from reception, to the cleaning staff, animation team and restaurant staff, were all friendly, cheerful, keen-to-help and made sure that we had a great stay. I'm sure that we will be back.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The service we received was just outstanding from the amazing choice of food, entertainment and service. Also a shout out to the cleaners who made our beds and always put out 18 month old daughter’s teddy’s on the bed pillows. The attention to detail goes along way and it was very much appreciated. I would personally like to see the children’s entertainment to start a bit earlier than 9 in the evenings and also not a fan of the long pillows. The bus to and from the beach club was a bit rough but always on time and made it easy to commute between hotels, no stress. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank you all

This is our second visit. Our first was better than this, sadly. The hotel is lovely in itself and the staff are great. There is plenty of food but it isn't exciting. Sadly, there is a difference in the entertainment, the outdoor evening bar has gone and there is an increase in evening security which is a worry. The hotel can't help this next observation, but sadly, the whole vibe is rougher, hence the increase in security. Not the safe, family friendly place we experienced last time around. Shame
