Our experience at Silk and Spice Thai Restaurant was truly memorable! Every dish we tried was full of rich, authentic Thai flavors and beautifully plated. The restaurant has a comfortable and inviting vibe, making it perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. We were especially impressed by the staff. One guided us through the menu with great recommendations, while the other attended to us with genuine warmth and friendliness. Their attention and hospitality made our visit feel personal and special. It was a wonderful dining experience that we’ll definitely repeat!

Attended a conference this weekend. Valet parking was available not only for hotel guests and the staff taking the cars were really nice and welcoming and had very good customer service skills. Catering was really good at the meeting venue staff were really nice and at the main restaurant. Thank you to all the staff who had excellent hospitality and were very organized in handling the huge number of attendees at the restaurant. Special thanx to Hajar, Ranju, Wael and fidan for the great customer service. Went to their spa very welcoming friendly staff. Thanx to Pim from Uganda for the great massage. Just one comment about the bathrooms on the different floors P1, P3 and P7 are not consistently cleaned. There were times when the bathrooms were dirty, and the soap and tissues were not filled. It would be better for a busy hotel to have a cleaner maintaining the bathrooms all the time. Overall one of the best hotels to attend conferences. Looking forward to attending the next. The restaurant’s atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very inviting — perfect for a relaxing meal. A big appreciation to Romnick and Annie for their exceptional service. They were both very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — great hospitality and even better food. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good dining and a relaxing stay!
