The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

⭐ 2 out of 5 – Disappointing experience and unfriendly visitor policy I was honestly very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My family of six is staying here, and I simply wanted to spend time with them — but the hotel’s visitor policy makes that almost impossible. A day pass costs AED 695 from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no discounts or flexible options for family members of in-house guests. The price includes breakfast and lunch, but if you arrive later and skip breakfast, you can’t exchange it for dinner or get any reduction. And if you wish to stay after 6 PM, you must pay an additional AED 500+ — just to continue being with your loved ones. This is extremely unreasonable. If we had known about these conditions, we would have chosen a different hotel. On top of that, the room maintenance and service were very disappointing. The phone in the room didn’t work ,we requested water but never received it, the bathroom door was stuck, and the room cards stopped working. A staff member helped us enter the room and promised to send someone to replace the cards, but no one ever came — we had to go to reception ourselves. The situation became even worse when my day pass expired — instead of calling politely to offer an extension, the staff started following us around the restaurant and kids’ club, even after we had already paid to extend the pass. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like being treated as if I had done something wrong. Finally, the food was very average — nothing special compared to other buffet-style hotels. For reference, dinner at Atlantis The Royal costs around AED 370 per person and is on a completely different level in terms of quality and service. Overall, what should have been a pleasant family time turned into a frustrating experience. The hotel needs to seriously reconsider its visitor policy and improve communication and hospitality standards.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The food was top-notch with great variety. Every corner of the property felt luxurious and well cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and quality service.

I usually wait until after a holiday to leave a review, but I couldn’t wait to share my experience at this beautiful hotel where my wife and I are spending our first week of two. From the moment we arrived on August 30th, the exceptional service set the tone for our stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff: I would like to mention Jerby. He is an amazing member of stay that is making my stay at the hotel so enjoyable. From the moment he introduced himself to me, he was so friendly, attentive and helpful . I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can assure you that I have never came across such a remarkable individual. Nothing is ever a problem, he will go over and beyond for all guests in the hotel. I’m sure all Rixos Hotels are amazing but there is only one Jerby! and he is the reason we will be returning to this hotel next year (hopefully stay in the villas next time if they are available) I also want to commend Leo, Ferdinand, and Ismat for their attentiveness and friendliness, which is making our experience even more memorable. They know our drinks order before we do haha. Finally, all of the staff at this hotel are wonderful, bar staff, pool/beach waiters, chefs, lifeguards, gardeners, restroom attendants, receptionist and so on and of course the weather is amazing! In our experience, we stayed in room 2515, we had all three meals (even a midnight buffet was available but we never ate there 😭 but we went to look) , we loved how the hotel is designed with all the fancy chandeliers and nice colour and designs. The pools were really nice and the beach was nice at night but the sand was too hot for my feet during the day. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio baklava slice. Room service helpers were really friendly and kind, along with the other staff around the hotel and the rooms itself were nice, spacious, luxurious and I loved the balconies. Everything was a really nice experience but the water park could be a bit bigger so that teenagers and adults can also go in them and have fun. I am so grateful for meeting all the friendly staff and for getting to stay a week in this hotel and gain all these memories.

I had a wonderful 5-day holiday with my family at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. Every detail of the hotel reflects high quality and luxury. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Rana Rohit, who provided us with an excellent Family Room. The room was spacious, with a large terrace and a beautiful view. The minibar was refilled daily, the cleaning was thorough every day, and the bathroom featured high-quality L’Occitane products (shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion). Many thanks to General Manager Mry Burcak Orak for the welcome card and the delicious pastry in the room. The main restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner of high quality and great variety. Everyone can find suitable dishes for themselves, which are continuously replenished. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful. The swimming pool area is great, with several daily programs and activities held there. At the People restaurant, you can enjoy snacks between 12:00 and 16:00 if you get hungry. The beach is stunning — not only one of the most beautiful in Abu Dhabi but also among the best in the Emirates, with white sand and turquoise water. If you want to join sports activities, I recommend the exclusive sports club. Inside, you have access to a fitness gym, and outside there are two tennis courts. Daily programs like TRX and boxing are available if you wish to stay active alongside relaxation. My thanks to the sports club team for guiding me upon arrival and assisting me throughout my stay with various activities. Kaan, Ruhan, Ramazan – thank you! Congratulations to Mr. Güray Yelkenci, Sports Director, for maintaining such a high level of sports programs here, just like in the Rixos resorts in Turkey, where I already have experience. I am certain that I will return to this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality and wishes to relax in a luxurious environment. During the evenings great music can be found at multiple locations. Thanks for Ferenc Tesch event and entertainment manager for helping me during my stay and answering to all my questions regarding the daily programs.
