We recently returned from a 5 night stay at the SLS Playa Mujeres and had a great vacation. From the moment we arrived (a quick 35 minute drive from Cancun airport), the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive; offering us all beverages upon check-in. We were greeted by our butler, Alexis, who made us feel right at home. He handled all of our dinner reservations (needed!) and was available both in person and via text to answer any questions. For an all-inclusive resort, the food exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed breakfasts daily at The Market and were welcomed by Karen's smiling face. She and all of the host/wait staff were so kind. Both the juice bar and coffee shop were a great addition to the property for quick stops and we visited both daily. We were lucky to have Jorge Arturo as our server at both Caracol and Fi'lia. He was joyful and kind, made the kids feel extra special and was very knowledgeable on the menu. So much so that he made ordering easy and suggested all of his favorites. We spent our days at the pool, beach and utilizing the hotel's many on-site amenities. The real winner was the hotel's entertainment staff - Gama, Paolo and Mario. Gama quickly became a family favorite! Gama could be found in the The Market making balloon figures for kids at breakfast, rallying guests of all ages to play sand volleyball and entertaining families at the pool all afternoon with games and activities. Paolo had guests entertained in the evening with music, dancing and entertainment. The kids club had a variety of daily activities and kids could be dropped off/picked up at any time. A nice convenience! The property is immaculate and well maintained. The beach is clean and private (no solicitations!), the Gulf water is warm and clear, and the wake very calm. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is very family friendly while still being luxurious for adults. Highly recommend!

This stay was absolutely a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, Mario and the other gentleman greeted us with warm smiles and interacted so nicely with my two little boys. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. What really stood out, though, was the service. The whole staff at the SLS were phenomenal. Erica from the children's pool and Daniel the bartender (next to the children's pool) were so attentive and nice. As well as Yeni (JLO) was extremely attentive and sweet. The on-site restaurants was also excellent — delicious food, great presentation, and attentive service. Manuel at the Mexican restaurant was amazing and everything was delicious. We also tried the Asian restaurant and Jonathan brought out great options to eat. Lastly, the steakhouse was good and Arturo was very nice. The only thing I can think of is that theres not much entertainment but it doesn't take away from the great experience we had. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and truly exceptional hospitality.

What an amazing trip we had to SLS Playa Mujeres. It was our first time and definitely not our last. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation and this place was more than she could ever have wanted. Although the property, food and activities were all great, the staff were trully the ones that made our trip a memorable one. Luis our butler was great and always on top of things, he checked in daily to make sure we had what we needed. Charlie with Tropical Elite Travel booked our Airport transportation and excursions from the hotel and he was phenomenal as well. Tours were great and service was perfect definitely recommended booking through them!! The pool team felt like family by the time we left, Aaron, Rogelio, Celso, David and Matias as well as the entertainment guys Mario, Gama and Paolo - Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for welcoming my family and treating us like friends and a part of your family. You guys trully made our trip one we wont forget, we will return to see you guys!!! My kids shed tears on our shuttle ride to the airport because they didn't want to leave you guys or the SLS. The entire property is beautiful and the service is excellent. Our butler, Isaac, was very attentive and always made it a point to meet up with us to check if we needed anything. Isaac went out of his way to decorate the room to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Very communicative. Food and drinks were delicious. SLS has thought of everything and anything a guest would want and need. Highly recommend this resort. Ask for Isaac for your butler service. Spa hydrotherapy was very relaxing. We felt special from the minute we were picked up from the airport to the end of our stay. Thank you to all the staff that work tirelessly to make their guests comfortable and relaxed. Gracias!

I have been doing research on which resort to stay for our first Cancun trip and for my husbands birthday. I’m glad that I decided to stay at SLS playa mujeres. Everyone was just so sweet and polite. Everyone was so attentive to my 2 sons and even the restaurants service was amazing. I was worried for a few negative reviews but those are just a Ken and Karen review. The food was amazing. My husband and I gained weight here, but totally worth it. The amenities are amazing, excellent beach location, a separate pool for family and adults only. Also we rented a cabana for 4 days by the beach area and pool. The services on those has been 10/10. Thank you so much SLS employees. Overall, our stay has been very memorable. My family was too sad to leave. We can’t wait to go back for our next family vacation.
