The property exceeded my expectations from start to finish! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and relaxation. The buffet offered a wide selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also had the chance to try the Italian restaurant, which was pretty good as well.Restaurant availability is rotated daily which was my only con. The location is convenient for excursions off the resort but still feels private and peaceful once you return. The beach was the highlight of my stay.There's plenty of shaded seating, attentive service, and a beach bar that serves lunch so you can enjoy a full day by the ocean.Diego is great at remembering your favorite drinks,preference etc. Service throughout the stay was excellent!. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I received a room upgrade, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was exactly the kind of stay I was hoping for. Overall, quiet luxe resort that delivers on every detail. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, quality dining, and a relaxing beachfront experience.

We were taken to the wrong room at first and it wasn’t ready, looked like they were maybe renovating it, mattress thrown etc so we had to be moved to a different room away from our group. Not really any beach to enjoy. The hotel itself was nice and the buffet was probably one of the best we have had so far. Good entertainment at the pool and lots to do in the evening. For the price we paid, expected better and more kind of luxury as we have travelled to cheaper resorts that seemed much nicer.

I stayed at this hotel last week. The most wonderful hotel I ever stayed at. 1st, the bellman Javier was great with luggage and very nice. He was so funny. The lobby smelled like flowers. The pools were pristine. Crystal clear at all times. The entertainment was the best. Christopher was exceptional. We went over to sister bar 3 times for dinner. Great food mama Mia. The only complaint I had was only 1 restraint and buffet were open for dinner. 1 restaurant was never open. The drinks were very good and kept on coming. I can't wait to go back. This Javier bellman for making my stay worth it.

Our overall experience was excellent! There was only 2 issues during our stay: 1. Some much mosquitoes, I got bitten at least 20times, even inside the restaurants.. the hotel should have better pest control. 2. No hot water whenever I want to shower, I understand there are rush hours like when everyone is back from the pool and needed a shower, but there are days I woke in the morning wanting to get shower at 7-8am and there's no hot water! Other than that everything was perfect! The food was amazing! Many drink options, some reviews says it's water down but I think it's just perfect for me. The staffs was friendly, room was clean.

Not sure why this resort only has a 4.2 on google, it was beyond my expectations. Massive rooms, amazing service, fun pool bars but also quieter areas to enjoy in the pool, room service is 24/7, daily house keeping etc. The buffet was the best I’ve ever had in Mexico. Every single meal was delicious. We didn’t care for the other restaurants because the buffet was that good. A few cons within control of the resort is the rooms AC cannot be set below 22C, this left our room feeling a bit muggy The shower water temperature doesn’t get very hot but it was fine. Overall, it’s an incredibly beautiful resort and very much so felt like a 5 star vacation.
