This was our first time at a Secrets and it didn’t disappoint! The rooms are well appointed (I love the jetted tub that has shutters you can open to see into the main part of the room). The food is fantastic- the French restaurant was our favorite. The service is TOP NOTCH! Everyone you encounter is friendly and anticipating what you may want or need. They treat you like royalty! Our concierge Katya was wonderful- so easy to talk to and attentive. And a shout out to Roberto the Machine at the breakfast buffet- he made every morning delightful! Truly an amazing staff, a beautiful resort, worth every penny!

Awesome stay! For starters, the staff are so friendly and engaging. Shoutout to Alejandra and Oscar from entertainment and staff as well as our beach server Einar. They each took the time to get to know my group and make sure we were well taken care of. They made our trip much better! I give location 4 stars because it is 45 minutes away from the airport but otherwise the location is beautiful. I also give rooms a 4. I do not recommend booking an ocean view room. We booked ocean view rooms and could barely even see the water and definitely not any sand. We were in the furthest building from the water! The staff was friendly and offered to move us one floor up, however I don't believe that would make a difference. If I were to go back, I definitely would not spend the extra money on ocean view. Overall, I would recommend this resort!

Lovely resort! Amazing staff and gorgeous beaches what else can you ask for! The food was amazing especially the French restaurant please please try the lobster bisque 😍 Surprisingly I wasn't a huge fan of the Mexican restaurant and some of the waiting times can be a little long. But the lobster and cafe is there for you to grab a drink or small bit and room service is amazing. It's very remote so great for couples although we went as a family and still had an amazing time. They can always get travel for you if you want to visit the Cancun strip or even Xplore which isn't far at all.

If you want a "no worries" vacation this is the place to go! From check in to check out it was like a well oiled machine, our concierge, Roberto, was incredibly kind and helped us every step of the way. To scheduling dinner/events to showing us all the rooms amenities he really went above and beyond. The entire staff here are very friendly, professional, and work very hard to make sure every person feels safe and relaxed! Cleanliness was such an amazing perk they will clean or restock the room 3 times a day while you're out and about. They work tirelessly to make it very special for everyone there. We are very lucky to get to experience their amazing kindness. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I just returned from 5 day, 4 night stay. We had researched a lot of the Riviera Maya resorts and we we think we made an excellent choice This all- inclusive resort is amazing. The rooms are very nice and the service is amazing from the housekeeping to the bed turndown .We stayed in bldg 25 and our concierge Roberto is top notch .He was available for our every need. we were at the beach during the day and he came all the way out on the beach found us just to see if we needed anything and if our every need was being satisfied. The restaurant are all great and the service impeccable. there are many activities all day long and shows in the evening. Be sure to go to the lobby bar after dinner. It a great social area late evening were a lot of guest seem to congregate to enjoy the music. Definitely a 5 star resort we are definitely planning to return soon.
