Wow beautiful hotel! Staff very friendly and happy to help, if you needed anything you can contact someone through WhatsApp which was really convenient. Service in all parts of the hotel has been exceptional. We met David tonight in the steakhouse, he was welcoming and made sure food drinks were ok for us all night. Staff round the pool work so hard making sure you always have a drink. Route 66 burger and milkshake was yummy. Crepes area is a must go too, pancakes and waffles are lovely. Mikes cafe does really nice coffee and the biscuits from there are delish!! Pez Bella is nice to go for lunch you have a pretty view out to the sea. The highlight of the holiday has to be the monkeys, lovely to see them every morning and very happy to entertain especially if you have a banana. The coati are everywhere and funny to watch they will be in your bag looking for food but they make a lovely addition to the hotel. We have seen a couple of raccoons and again great to watch! Was apprehensive coming here as there has been some really bad reviews but glad we did it has been a perfect holiday and I could not ask for more!

You won't get better service from Alexis at the Privilege Lounge. Not only is he the kindest person, he offered suggestions for our meals and accommodated every request. True story...the 1st time we ate lunch at Privilege Lounge, I didn't have cash with me for a tip - felt really bad because the service was top notch. I made it a point to go back and made sure Alexis was our waiter. I was so glad to show him the appreciation he deserves. The food here is amazing! They've taken regular dishes (like chicken Skewers, ham sandwiches and vanilla ice cream) and made them into gourmet meals. Breakfast is a small buffet and made to order omelets, waffles, etc. You won't be disappointed - Go Privilege status.. it is worth it! Special shout out to Vania and Diana as well - overall great staff at the Privilege Lounge.

We went to the Steakhouse and our waitress Margarita and hostess Areli where great! They have excellent customer service and made a birthday celebration so fast and great. Also shout out to Andrea. My daughter was a little sick upon arrival and everyday she checked on her and asked her how she was feeling. She went above and beyond. Want to also shout out Jose at Pez Vela. He was great also. Friendly and very welcoming. Keep up the great work.

I'll keep this short and simple. A lot of the reviews you'll see are specifically for the restaurants located on the resort. They'll ask you to scan a QR code to review and it sends you to review the hotel instead of that particular restaurant. So this review is for the resort - Ocean Riviera Paradise: This resort is more so for families and couples wanting a quiet get away. After 11pm/23:00 it is extremely hard to find anything to do. Everything outside of one restaurant shuts down including the bars. The pools close around 8pm/20:00 including the swim up pools attached to the hotels. The additional amenities and activities can cost you extra to enjoy. Outside of a few planned stuff during the day like a foam party is can be quite "boring". The resturants were pretty decent in flavor and can accommodate most dietary preferences as needed. The only location I wasnt a fan of was the dining hall/buffet area. The food lacked flavor but it is to cater to everyone palette. Everything on the resort is a short walk. No more than 10 or so minutes. The beach area is relatively small and is occupied alongside a pool. The set up is quite odd. The rooms were great! Large in space, complimentary waters, soda and beers are added to the room every day or as needed (Sadly, our first night it was not.) Rooms were cleaned and tidy. However, the TVs does not offer streaming service so you'll be watching some local television. Also, I wasnt able to access the "24/7 room service" this hotel advertised. The service at Ocean Riviera all over was pleasant. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and quick. However, each location may ask you to complete a paper survey for that particular department or area. Oh, try not to get pulled into their "timeshare" activity when you check in. You'll spend half your day with an agent trying to sell you at 15+ year vacation subscription and offered a "gift" that no one at the hotel has no idea of. We never was able to use the "$50 credit" given. All in all, the Ocean Riviera Paradise is a nice short vacation destination. If youre looking for a party; this isn't your place.

Wow, I didn’t know what I was expecting coming to this location. You never know how it is gonna go for all inclusive resorts. Arturo, lead the entertainment team to a tea! Always made us feel welcome and ready for a good time! He always let everyone around me know what’s next and going on! Such an amazing experience on the resort because of him. Ismael and Carla made my stay extraordinary! I will be back asap!
