Great place and great people. Luis did a great job as our butler. He was always available when we needed him and he would send us updates everyday on the different activities. Claudia and Jose had great service- they always had our chairs ready in the morning by the pool. Eduardo and Jose served us well in the privilege lounge, they were top of the line service! Fabian did GREAT with the activities, very engaging! All around great experience! The only thing I would change is the amount of raccoons on the property- there are many and they come to have dinner with you.

Out butler, Carlos was first class. He handled all of our dinner arrangements and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The housekeeping staff worked very hard to accommodate our schedules with cleaning and turndown services and made us feel special, even folding our throw blankets from home each night. The staff at the party pool was excellent. Antonio was quick to assist and recommend new drinks to try. We enjoyed the games and activities organized by the "Blue Team". There always seemed to be a laugh right around the corner when games were played. A Great Vacation Overall

The entire staff is incredible; they treat you like family from the moment you arrive. The Privilege Experience is definitely the way to go for an unforgettable stay. Alberto, my favorite butler, is simply the best—always nearby and genuinely dedicated to making sure every visit is perfect. Jose is always there with a fresh towel the moment you need it. Ricardo knows my drink order before I even say a word and is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Emmanuel in the Privilege Lounge is consistently welcoming, and I always look forward to catching up with him on each trip. And Freddy’s warm smile never fails to brighten my day! I can’t recommend this resort enough—once you visit, you’ll understand why it feels like coming home.

I stayed in a Privilege Room and had the most incredible week. My butler Sebastian took amazing care of me - always one step ahead, making sure I had everything I needed (and then some). The Privilege Lounge quickly became my favourite dining spot - quiet, oceanfront, and the perfect escape from the busier restaurants. Do yourself a favour and book the spa services. I had the 80-minute massage with the facial add-on from Lea and Consuela, and left feeling like a literal goddess. Truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. I came over Halloween / Day of the Dead, and it was such a vibe - spooky acro performances, a silent disco with three live DJs, and the most fun, festive decorations everywhere. I absolutely love H10 Resorts and everything they offer - beautiful spaces, thoughtful service, and attention to detail that makes you feel special from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back in February!

Our butler Brandon was wonderful! He checked to see if we needed anything, and was very accommodating to our requests! When we arrived he gave us a tour of the resort, showed us our room, and walked us to a restaurant. Additionally, he made sure we had reservations for dinner every night. He was the best part and gets 5*! Food was good everywhere we ate! More variety at the buffet would Be nice though - it is quite small compared to other resorts we’ve been out. Rooms were not great - Not clean, lots of bugs, toilets didn’t flush well, strange smell in the rooms, A/C not incredibly strong. They say you have an ocean view room and you can only see the ocean view when standing, if you sit in the patio you look at a wall. Service at the pool and beach was not frequent (non-existent at the beach, actually) and bar tenders weren’t very friendly with a few exceptions. Elevator was slow and only 1 for our building (we stayed on 4th floor). Not enough trash cans at the resort had to walk a long way to throw something out in the main parts of the resort and when we ate food in our room we wanted to throw away the trash right away because of bugs but had to walk all the way downstairs to throw something away. Hotel was accommodating - they had a room ready early when we booked at the last minute, were able to upgrade our room without advance notice, and when we didn’t like our first room they showed us another. Lastly, there were many “upsell” items for an all-inclusive (wines with dinner, dinner shows at the resort, etc). Overall, it was a nice get away from responsibilities but wasn’t the atmosphere we were hoping for.
