We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, and the service really made our trip special. The buffet was okay — plenty of options, but nothing that stood out too much. However, the fine dining restaurants were excellent — every meal felt like a true dining experience. A special shoutout to Jose Garcia, our beach server, who went above and beyond every single day. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His service made our time on the beach even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and we would definitely recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway!

I think this may be common with most all-iclusives, but the whole experience was just meh to us. You’re kind of stuck on the property, spacious and lovely as it may be, eating mid (at best) food and enjoying the same beach and pool for days on end. I found it rather boring, and the coolest parts of the trip by far were when we ventured off the resort. They could stand to have more to do there, but I guess if you’re plan is to chill out on the beach in sweltering humidity for three or four days then it’s probably 10/10. My main issue was the food. Honestly it was not good. The “McJestic” fast food served nothing good. The Mexican restaurant might’ve been great; I wouldn’t know because we left after 40 minutes and not even seeing our drinks. The buffet was decent for breakfast, mainly because of the bread and pastries though. The 24-hour room service offerings? Once was a no-show, next time was ok, and the third time was undercooked, inedible frozen pizza. I was just hoping for more, considering the money we spent. 5/10 would not recommend.

Excellente experience!! This is my second time in this hotel, food has been great in the restaurants. There are 2 restaurants with reseravation needed (tepanyaki and french), every other restaurants are walk-in with a short line (8 pm). Restaurants have high quality food and were great experiences. The beach buttler was amazing, very attentive and with our favorite beers/drinks without even asking, CAUICH(beach buttler) made a very considerable difference for our experience. It is a hotel with some activities and shows, not a lot of heavy drinking and partying, everybody is relaxing and having a good time. The only thing that has changed was the alcohol quality, not a lot of rum options and mezcal bottles that I didn't recognize (maybe they are good). Some of the beers are specific for some bars and not in every bar which I think is odd. The consierge from our room was also very nice and helped us get a couple of bottles for a our room. I was in a swim up, the room is very spacious, nice decor and has an indoor bathtub. One bad thing is the toilet height (very tall). Service was almost always excellent, some bartenders expect a tip just to smile.

We just got here today but we already absolutely love this resort. Everyone has been amazing. Jesus, waited on us in the steak house and he was super attentive, we were in a bit of a rush to make it to the show and he made sure he got everything out to us super quick which we really appreciated. Super kind too! His recommendation were great! We also had fantastic service in the spa. From the check in to the hydro therapy to the massages by Cinthia & Aracelis. Our oceanfront room is stunning! We’re super happy! Totally recommend!

Editing my review only bc I can’t make a 2nd review Amalio was my server at the Italian restaurant and he was so fun and very good. He made sure we stayed happy and full lol The food was life changing and we wish could have saved every bite of Leftovers The portions were generous and so so well Handcrafted The restaurant is absolutely stunning ! The entire staff worked together to clean plates and fill Drinks, deliver food. Incredible team! Care was given to every detail The meal was perfection I even asked if I could marry the chef that night! Erick was my server at the steakhouse. The meal the service everything was absolutely incredible. Pure perfection could not have asked for anything better. Will definitely be back Just for the hospitality. I met his manager Alejandro as well when he checked in on us. They made our night so special
