My staycation for 5 days was superb. All the staffs are so nice and accommodating. When we had concerns they immediately acted and assist us. Shout out to front desk staffs; Rose, Abner, Joe and along the other receptionist. And also to Ms.Doonang of Malika terrace restaurant.. and also to the room attendant.. such a nice experience and I would definitely get back again.. Keep up the wonderful job..

Had an incredible experience staying here! All the staff members are so friendly and go out of their way to check on whether they can help you with anything. Breakfast buffet had amazing variety and quality of food, with a different menu each day- still dreaming of the burnt butter toast which we ate every day without fail! There's so many free activities to do on the resort too- really enjoyed yoga with the instructor Phuk Wat Definitely get a lot of value for money here

The most amazing getaway. My partner and I stayed in a delux villa with a private pool. The view was beautiful. Staff were incredible and always very attentive. A particular staff member Deedee was there to greet us every morning at breakfast. She was very welcoming and made sure we were having a great holiday. We will be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

I booked a Deluxe Sea View room with breakfast. 1. My room in Building 1 had electric poles and wires obstructing part of the sea view. It was on the 2nd floor, so the view was still better than the lower floors. Only Buildings 1 and 2 offer privacy with sea views — Building 2 has a slightly clearer view, while other buildings face directly into each other. I’d recommend choosing a sea view room in Building 1 or 2. 2. As an Indian vegetarian, I had informed the hotel of my dietary needs in advance and received confirmation they’d be accommodated. However, only about 1% of the breakfast buffet was suitable — I could manage with coffee, yogurt, muesli, and a basic sandwich. The buffet itself was lavish but heavily non-vegetarian, with items like bacon, khao suey, and churros, yet surprisingly no simple vegetarian or even ice cream options. 3. Lastly, none of the common areas, including the lobby and restaurant, are air-conditioned. At 32°C in late October, guests waiting for check-in (which starts at 3 PM) were sweating in the lobby — not what you’d expect from a 5-star property at this price point. Overall, the rooms, pool, and vibe are lovely, but the overall experience didn’t feel worth the premium due to limited vegetarian options and lack of comfort in common spaces.

Staying at Kalima was one of the best experience I have ever had. It made our first time in Thailand so easy. Came for a family holiday and to celebrate my birthday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.Shout out to Nui who always ensured our room was clean, and had fresh towels. Dining staff Noodang and DeeDee were very attentive, friendly and have now become family they always made sure our table was ready even made tea for mum every morning calling our mum "mama was everything.Food was amazing,variety of food choices during breakfast. Had dinner twice and it was lovely.Good location, shuttle to Patong even made it easier. I would definately recommend and will be back. If I have to be negative its the steps on the entrance and when busy the long wait for the lift when you want to go to the dining. An additional lift would be lovely. Otherwise great experience.
