The most incredible place with even better staff! Each morning we were greeted by Joan with a big smile and wave. We looked forward to talking with her every day! There were soo many options for brekky each morning. Definitely recommend! Our first night we had an intimate dinner experience which was 6 courses of the most delicious food and live music! David was our waiter for the night and made sure we were well looked after for everything we needed. We all ended up singing along to the music together. View took care of us every day at happy hour by the swim up bar. He was always smiling whenever we saw him through out the resort! Definitely make use of the free shuttle into town each day, was perfect to explore town in the morning and come back for a swim in the afternoon! And finally a HUGE shoutout to the reception staff! We had such an easy check in after a long day of travel, the welcome drink was delicious! They were always available and would greet us every morning with a smile and a wave. Even when I required first aid they were swift, calm, reassuring and were able to assist me with ease. 10/10 would come back again!!

Wonderful spacious rooms. Beautiful views. The most amazing massages! I loved the spa team. The driver Paul was great! The best bartender Aui forgive me for misspelling your name. This was such a tranquil and relaxing environment. Dinner was excellent! The best steak I've ever eaten! Our host the 1st day eating on the roof top was so awesome! D, thanks for being so wonderful on your birthday! He really catered to our needs! Awesome young man! Lovely resort. The most relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

It's a great place bit far away from Patong beach. They run shuttle buses free of cost. You get grab taxis easily, it's costs 200-250 Baht to Patong Beach. Resort has many amenities (TT, Snooker, small library, amazing swimming pool). Recommend guests to book rooms with seating view or pool facing ones. They also have a travel desk who help with island and day tours.

This was not my first visit, and it certainly won’t be my last. Crest truly deserves all five stars. While there are many well-known names in the hospitality industry, Crest surpasses them in several aspects. From the very beginning, the warm and elegant welcome sets the tone—special thanks to the lovely Miss Beam for her kindness. The villas are beautifully designed, both inside and out, and the cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The facilities are consistently refreshed; I’ve returned year after year to the same villa, and it always feels brand new, as if I were the first guest staying there. Despite being located high in the mountains, the resort is impressively free of insects. The weather and breathtaking views are unbeatable. Room service is remarkably fast and attentive, and you’re greeted with genuine smiles in every corner. The professionalism of the staff and management is outstanding, with special recognition to Mr. Edeson for his highly professional and courteous service. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to slightly increase the pool temperature in the villas, as the mountain climate can be a bit cool. Thank you, Crest. I look forward to returning next year!

We had a great time staying at Crest Resort and Pool Villas Phuket! The service was top-notch and truly high-level, making us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning—they are definitely a major highlight and worth the trip! A couple of things to keep in mind: The resort is a bit far from the main city center of Phuket. While they do offer a shuttle service, in our opinion, it would be much better if they had more frequent trips to and from the center to make getting around easier. Also, the main swimming pool felt a bit smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos.
