Dined at their Kampung Kitchen for lunch. Excellent tasting food. What more they had their Deepavali dishes today for the occasion. Lovely home tasting grandma recipe styled chicken, mutton, dhal and many others. Great Deepavali lunch. Had the pleasure of speaking to Chef Farid who was a delight and very kind with customers. Complimented him on the great tasting local dishes. Top rated chef. Also had the pleasure of being served by outlet manager Maya. Lovely and charming person. A truly enjoyable day. Btw I was here 2 days ago too for the Malaysian Delights menu. Another wonderful and tasty meal it was. Well done team Ibis. Tahniah Chef Farid & Manager Maya.

Our stay was very comfortable. Convenient location. However, there was no assistance to take our luggage upto our room, which is usually available in hotels. It was difficult with a toddler. The 3 pm check-in time can be inconvenient. While most of our stays were open to early check-ins, we had to wait a few hours to get assigned to our rooms at Ibis. We were able to store our luggage in their locker room while we waited, which was helpful. Special shoutout to Sangam for his very friendly and helpful attitude. We appreciate his hardwork.

Good hotel. Service welcoming and friendly. Dining was good. Certainly a large variety of choices of Malay, Indian and Chinese cuisines. Showers were hot enough with good pressure. Overall a good hotel, we could recommend. Zira downstairs at the coffee shop was especially friendly and welcoming. Great service from her. She is an asset to the Ibis hotel!

Excellent hotel! The room was neat and clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. They provide water bottles which is always appreciated. Highlight of our stay would definitely be the infinity pool, it has stunning views of the surrounding buildings and you can even see the mountains on a clear day. Ibis is also very centrally located, just a short walk away from Petronas towers. There’s also a convenience store across the road. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our 4-day stay at ibis Hotel Kuala Lumpur was a wonderful experience that perfectly balanced comfort, convenience, and value. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the warm, comfy atmosphere of the hotel. The interiors are modern yet cozy, creating a relaxing environment to come back to after exploring the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Being close to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, as well as shopping malls and public transport, made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy. Whether it was sightseeing, shopping, or dining, everything we needed was just a short walk or ride away. The breakfast spread was another highlight. It offered a great mix of continental and local Malaysian dishes, giving us the best of both worlds. From freshly baked breads and fruits to local specialties, there was something for everyone. The quality and variety made breakfast a meal to look forward to each morning. Overall, ibis Hotel Kuala Lumpur impressed us with its combination of great service, excellent food, and unbeatable location. It’s a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city
