I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves a warning label. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible. The staff was unhelpful and rude — it felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. The interiors were downright depressing — outdated furniture, peeling paint, and a musty smell that hit me the second I walked in. The room looked nothing like the photos online. Dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, and a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned properly in who knows how long. Service was nonexistent. I called the front desk multiple times for basic things like towels and water — no one ever showed up. The restaurant service was equally bad, and the food was cold and tasteless. For indians and subcontinent people don’t choose this hotel at it has the worst food even for the breakfast. For the price they charge, this place is a complete scam. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

Furama Bukit Bintang Hotel is at prine location in Kuala Lumpur. Monorail and Texis are available at walking distance. Now about hotel, it has a big entrance and waiting area. All staff members and reception staff is well behaved. They just upgraded my room without and charges. They provided me a suite room with a magical view. Amenities like swimming pool and gym area and children's play area are well maintained. Breakfast lounge is wide and many types of meals are available in Breakfast. They don't have any staff to handle your luggage. You need to do it by yourself. Breakfast area is much crowded in peak area. Furniture is outdated. Rest is best.

We had a wonderful stay at Furama Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. What made our experience truly special was the excellent service we received. A big thank you to Tafu, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Furama Hotel, and we will definitely return!

We stayed here for a night as a family with young children. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is definitely kids friendly. Rooms: Spacious and clean with enough room for our kids to move around. The bed was comfortable. Facilities: The swimming pool was the highlight for the children, shallow section perfect for younger ones and plenty of space for older kids. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enter the playland because it was closed on Monday which was a bit disappointing for the kids. Dining: Breakfast buffet had a wide variety, including kid-friendly options like pancakes, cereals and fresh fruits. Location: Convenient and safe with nearby shops and attractions suitable for families. Overall: A great choice for families traveling with kids. Comfortable, safe and stress-free. We’d happily come back again.
