The hotel is at Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC ) location. By walking on KLCC - Bukit Bintang Walkway you can reach around and center of KLCC. House keeping is doing their job very well. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes from the world kitchen with very good taste. It is being served very well. Egg station is doing very well variety of dishes of eggs. Reception agents are very helpfull. Especially, Mrs. Ruby was so polite, helpfull, smiling face and good hearth. She was trying to do her best. We thank Mrs. Ruby very much for her support while check-in procedure. The hotel has a Premier Lounge which is designed very well and serves in very good quality. We thank the staff -Shaikh, Trainee Amir, Asif, Rasid and Kelvin- for their best service offered. Moreover, We thank the staff-Hasan and Edi- and the other staff who contributed our stay in a good manner very much.

Located within KLCC, this hotel provides very good experience. Perfect place to spend quality time with family. Almost all the main attractions are located within walking distance from this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers variety of dishes and the breakfast spread is excellent. Highly recommended of you are planning a stay in KL.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. This was my first time staying in this hotel. Upon arrival, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and their lack of courtesy left a negative first impression of the property. However, the bell boy managing our luggage, the security team and housekeeping staff on Level 19 truly stood out in contrast. They were polite, attentive, and consistently friendly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a significant difference and helped improve my overall experience. In summary, while the front desk service requires serious improvement, the housekeeping team deserves recognition for their excellent work and positive customer service.

The room of the hotel were clean and well made. Pillows were soft , clean and comfortable blanket was nice also the bathroom was excellent. Liking the fact that this hotel didn’t have restrictions to the shampoo and body wash :) however the draining of the shower was a little slow but got fixed in a blink of an eye. 👁️ Service was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful provided assistance then bringing luggage up and downstairs also gave helping directions to nearby shopping malls . Location of the hotel was very close to all shopping malls it was near the nail biking called pavilion shopping mall

First impression not very good. Arrived before 2 no check in , no problem. The hotel looks quiet but told no availability for early check in. Again, no problem. Even for gold and accor plus no effort checking first. Come back at 2, still not ready, half past 2 still not ready (twice false promise). Extra mile? Even normal mile not reached. Soniya mentioned we were upgraded to executive for gold. Apparently not so, we got room we booked. Reason we had to wait during checkin because welcome amenity was still in its way. What did we get ? A piece of small coaster one can get at Pasar Seni. What a way to let guest wait to rest. Thank you for the briliant gesture Ms GM. As if not enough, why yellowish slipoers even made it in the room ?? Good thing enough Accor options in/around KL. Must improve hospitality a great deal.
