great experience after all. love the workers here. jorge, roberto, stefano were great people. they made the stay even more fun and pleasant. i really recommend going to this hotel as i’ve been here twice already and hasn’t disappointed in any shape or form.Food was great everyday very much options and the games or activities in the pool and outside the pool were very fun.

Our first time at the hotel with our family of four. Our 6 and 8 year old loved the kids pool. Breakfast and lunch were as expected and were fine for us and we ate out every evening so can't comment on dinner. I think for value it was worth it. A 15 minute walk down hill to the restaurants and bars and a 5 euro taxi back to the hotel.

Great place for sun holidays, great environment, swimming pools, activities… great the kids club runs for long time from 1000 to 1700with great team- kids loved it Food is also great with different specialities around the world, the life cooking specially the one on the side with special and very different foods and combinations of flavours was surprising and great, Thanks Sonia for explaining the menu. We recommend this hotel, we will consider it when we come back to Tenerife

Such a lovely hotel, we stayed in May 2025 and couldn’t fault it at all! Facilities were top notch, staff were the friendliest I have ever come across, so helpful with any query we had, very good with our 5 year old son. Entertainment each night was good, kids club was also very good! Food was brilliant and had such a variety and changed every afternoon and evening. Very clean and plenty of sun beds each day! Would go back in the morning, really enjoyed it. Only downside I would say is location, it’s a bit away from the main ‘town’, it’s a 5-8 min taxi but long enough walk and very hilly coming back to hotel, taxis were very reasonable so didn’t mind! Also supermarket across the road from hotel for all your needs! 10/10 lovely hotel and can not rate the staff highly enough, every person we came in contact with was so friendly’

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. The kids loved all the activities and rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily by polite cleaners. When I got home I realised I had left my hairdryer, straightners, curlers and my laptop charger totalling approximately £500, thinking I will never see them again! Only to receive an email the following day to say they had been handed in by the cleaner. So nice to know there are honest people around! Highly recommend! Thankyou Togaro
