Went for a week, its a "value for money" hotel and reasonably priced for what you get. Friendly staff, nice reception staff especially short lady with dark hair who helped with Spanish. Good drink choices, nice food, always fresh fish, veg, fresh pasta and pizza, options for continental, lots of space to sit, generous drink options at mealtimes, wine and beer on tap. Watch the allergen labels as not always correct (dairy in dessert jelly, dairy in gammon?). Clean rooms and hotel, lovely gardens with free mini golf, tennis, beautiful gardens, make sure you walk round the gardens and over to the tennis courts. Make sure you pay for Teide view, you don't want a lower floor rear room. Great entertainment team, some evening themed nights are fun, George with spinning camera is a nice gesture and good for extra fun, he was good! Mr & Mrs evening very funny 😁. Things to suggest, possibly more dairy free dessert options (even if by request) maybe vegan pizza or lactose free cheese por favor. Also at reception an information sheet would be good, meal times, what cups are for, check out times, pool hours, safe, taxi number and bus times, entertainment options, mini golf etc etc, some new arrivals were asking us lots of questions that could be on info sheet. Maybe sheet for older people and QR code for more tech people? Get to pool doors 8.45 for deckchair. Don't take lilo or floaty, inflatable rings only. Walk to street art, 8 mins, walk to Calle Martianez for a nice walk to shops and hypermarket, walk down to Mirador La Paz and drink at Cafe Alba, shops here better prices than town centre. We met folk who had been here many times as a quiet location, pay 6 euro for taxi or 35 min walk to town.

I’m having a wonderful experience during my current stay. The customer service at the reception is outstanding — special thanks to Wickey and Cory for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. They make the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. The food is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the hotel maintains a clean, neat atmosphere throughout. I also love the range of activities available — there’s always something fun to do! Overall, it’s an excellent stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future.

We loved the staff. Everyone was sweet open, and super understanding of our wild little guys. The food was good and plentiful. The pool was amazing, we could spend all day every day there. But Puerto de La Cruz is a great little town, and the free hotel bus takes you right down to the seaside. Our room was clean and super cute.

Just returned home after 7 nights here and we had a fantastic holiday. The room initially felt small but actually worked really well for us. We had a room to the side of the hotel and loved the quiet aspect of sitting in the balcony with both a mountain and sea view. Only slight issue was as a family of 4 we only had 3 beds however the 2 main beds were large and pushed together accommodated 3 ish us comfortably. The food was great - always fresh and plenty choice. Very similar options each day but we liked what we had. Wouldn’t recommend the burgers at the snack bar as they were quite often cold or raw. The pool and entertainment team were they highlight - we loved the chickens roaming around and parrots flying overhead. Danny was fantastic and made everyone feel welcome. Location is a 20 minute walk from the centre which is a bit of a trek due to the hills but absolutely beautiful setting. Taxi was usually around €6 and there is a free bus direct from the hotel a few times a day. There were 2 bars but we only ever saw the poolside one open which did make it a long process getting drinks. The pool tables are great but felt €2 a game was a bit expensive. If you go expecting luxury this isn’t the place for you but with realistic expectations you can have a fantastic holiday. Despite the few downsides we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend the hotel and area.

The hotel itself is really lovely and is just like the pictures shown online. We did have to swap rooms the first night as the initial room we were given had a shower opposite a window with no curtain and a few broken bits but they moved us and upgraded us without complaint. The food was good and there was lots of variety for picky eaters. Would definately return to this hotel!
