The hotel was in walking distance to SeaWorld. We were very mislead about the room. We were told we could see SeaWorld from the room. Nope that wasn't happening. We were also told that we could see the pool. In actuality we seen the parking lot. Beautiful plants and trees bur people were very misleading. Also in the room the coffee pot was cracked. Told the front desk and they acted like they didn't even hear us. The bed was soft but that room was mainly set up for 1 person. The bed was on the right of the room and the TV was on the left of the room, and to relax and watch TV in bed that was not happening to well. And when we got to the Hotel we asked about restaurants and we were told of the ones that the hotel has then we asked if they were open...nope not that late..that's understandable but why say something about that if they weren't open. A couple of other things but I won't get into those. Thanks for asking me for my opinion. Sorry it's not a very good one this time. I do love Hilton Family Hotels. But this one was an exception to the rule.

Great hotel for the family. Can’t wait to check out the pool. We got one with conjoining rooms. Full living room and kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. We also have a balcony from our bedroom as well as the living room. Hotel is close to all the attractions in Orlando so very convenient. Safe area with security. And very quiet

I would give a 5 star review for our recent stay but our 2 bedroom suite was unfortunately next to the mechanical room with a cycling machine that did not allow for a good night's sleep! I texted with the staff and they would have moved us to another room but we were only there for two nights. Staff were very nice and were willing to work with us for a remedy. I would recommend that if you get a king suite to make sure it is not at the end of floor next to the mechanical room! Pools were great, nice to have a full kitchen for mornings. Limited food options as it is a vacation club so with full kitchen in room they expect you to take care of some meals. Pool bar food and drinks good. Easy check in and out. Only 15 minute walk to Seaworld, shuttle bus available, so no need to move your vehicle or pay for parking at the park.

I have visited Orlando 5 times and I have stayed here every single time. Their customer service is outstanding. They have us text them whatever we need and they're always so polite. The rooms are fantastic, spacious and cozy. Every time I come to Orlando, I will never stay anywhere else. They always treat me well and their service is outstanding. They have on call housekeeping so whatever you need, just text them and they'll get it done swiftly. The property has 2 pools that are beautiful. The view at the pool sites are amazing and its just a wonderful vacation. Whatever you come here for, please book suite rooms with them. You won't regret it. Everyone at the front desk deserve a raise-- every time I arrive early, they always keep my luggage stored, and at times, they get us in our rooms early due to having some available. Its just amazing.

This is a fantastic and well-maintained hotel, perfect for a family holiday. The rooms are comfortable and there are plenty of poolside activities and a great kids' play area to keep everyone entertained. The only area for improvement was the included breakfast, which we found to be quite limited. A more substantial breakfast selection would be a welcome addition for a family-oriented hotel. However, the in-room mini-kitchen can be a very convenient feature.
