Just returned from a fantastic time at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we received excellent service from Naef & Gabriel who both went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. All staff we interacted with were very polite and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room staff were very attentive each day. You could see that works were being done to make improvements around the resort but these did not interrupt our stay at all. All restaurants we tried were great with a good choice of dishes. Our personal favourite was Zen. Spent most of our time at the main pool which was always clean with activities throughout the day which were great. Would definitely visit Hard Rock Riviera Maya again!

My husband came to the Hard Rock and stayed at Heavan, the adult only part of the resort for our 19th wedding anniversary. Other than a few hiccups with our room we had a fabulous time. The place was beautiful and the food was amazing. The service was out of this world. There are a few I would like to mention that made our stay extra special. First and for most , our butlers, Moise and Paola, were over the top with their excellent attentiveness to all our needs and or wants. Their attention to detail and their excellent service. They made our anniversary super special and went way above and beyond to help us celebrate our special day. We left there with not only friends but now family. Also there are a few more I’d like to mention that made our stay extra special: Luis and Oscar our bellmen Ava server at the pool Oscar concierge at the pool Paula and Jessica - hostess at Faro restaurant for breakfast every morning Maria Faro manager Marcos and Apo servers at Faro And last but not least the housekeeping staff. They all did a great job We can’t wait to come back and see everyone again.

If I could rate my experience 100 stars I would. My butlers Neaf and Gabriel were nothing short of amazing. They planned everyday for us from start to finish. Neaf went above and beyond and helped me plan the most amazing engagement for my now Fiancé. He will forever be apart of our story. If you are looking for attentive, caring, professional, and an all round great butler to make your experience ask for Naef and Gabriel. The rest of the staff was nothing but exceptional as well. The resort is extremely clean and all are friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

We had such an amazing time on our family vacation to Hard Rock Riviera Maya! The kids had the time of their lives swimming in their great pools, eating anything they wanted and playing in the awesome indoor, video game area. This was truly one of our family’s favorite trips! Our butler’s Paola and Moises went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! They were so proactive in making sure we had reservations every night and made sure all our needs were met. They’re both amazing! Love this resort.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation to Hard Rock Riviera Maya My family and I just returned from a highly anticipated vacation at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, where relatives from Scotland and the US met. It was a trip we had looked forward to for a long time, and I am so grateful to the staff for making it an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. With 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 to 12, keeping everyone entertained and happy was a top priority. Hard Rock Riviera Maya exceeded our expectations. For our entire trip, we never heard anyone say they were bored, which is a testament to the sheer variety of activities and facilities on offer. Other than all day at the pool, we also did bowling and Escape Room activities in the evening within the resort. I especially appreciated the several pool options. With everything from adults-only areas for the grown-ups to a splash park for our youngest and a full-sized waterpark for our pre-teens, there was a perfect spot for every member of our family. The constant shuttle service between the two lobbies was a fantastic and much-appreciated convenience. It made it easy to get around the large property, especially when our feet were tired. The team’s pre-arrival communication was seamless, and their service throughout our entire stay was impeccable. I want to give special recognition to Naef and Gabriel, who made our check-in and check-out a breeze, even when our family arrived in late evening. They took care of every detail, from dinner reservations to pool and Bali bed arrangements. Their amazing service included arranging a surprise beachfront taco and fajita meal and a birthday cake for a family member. Another huge shout-out goes to Alicia, who created a truly memorable firepit experience for our kids. The service and cuisine at the restaurants were outstanding: - At Zen, the team, especially Marissa, Alejandro, and Florencio, made the kids' first Tepanyaki experience unforgettable. - At Wai, Pedro and Miguel provided wonderful service and recommendations for our delicious meals. - At Faro, Mac and Francisco consistently greeted us with warm smiles every morning, ensuring we started each day of our vacation right with an incredible ocean view breakfast. Our glasses were never empty at the Eden pool, thanks to David, who provided friendly and attentive service throughout the day. And of course, a big thank you to the entire Entertainment Team. We thoroughly enjoyed the shows after dinner and all the fun activities they put on by the pool. This was a truly memorable vacation, and every one of these team members played a huge part in it.
