Unforgettable vacation! I spent 5 days at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. Our butlers Victor and Roberto were phenomenal! The food was delicious and varied—especially loved the sushi and steaks at Zen. Drinks were always flowing and the music vibe made everything more fun. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking. I’d definitely come back

We just stayed at the hard rock Hotel in Cancun Mexico. The beach is beautiful . The service is amazing. The rooms are wonderful. The reason why I gave it a four star is because it definitely needs an update. The staff is wonderful. We would like to extend a special thank you to Carlos and Francesco in the buffet for our breakfast. they were very attentive. They remembered our drink orders every morning. They greeted us every day with a hug and a smile. They are exceptional.!!!!!!My husband also had a massage and a manicure/pedicure at the spa Candy WAS AWESOME. She was kind, she gave him a fantastic massage, she is very knowledgeable at her job. Every day when we went to the beach, our waiter Joseph was wonderful. He was there every day all day, bringing us drinks. He took wonderful care of us. All the people at the hard work were really hard to make sure that their guests have an amazing experience and vacation and for that we thank them all.

The hotel has been lovely to stay in, we are currently still here for another 3 days. We have encountered a number or lovely team members across the hotel and restaurants but there is some individuals that I would love to highlight. Samuel at reception, was great very friendly and helpful with all the information he provided. He helped arrange some extras for me and my wife. Edgardo at the Ciao restaurant, he was our waitor and made the experience absolutely lovely informing us of all the options and advising on the food. Was an absolute pleasure to have him as our waitor. Chef Carlos at the Ciao restaurant, the food he prepared was absolutely amazing. And lastly I want to thank Jessy. So far she has helped arrange the room so I could surprise my wife. She decorated the room and made it look absolutely stunning (if you want to do something special for your partner she is the perfect person to speak with), she ensured that the room was prepared, she also arranged with the restaurants to ensure that they were informed of our diet requirements in advance, arranged a lovely day for us on the beach front and her service and support has been nothing but 5 star. Each day she has ensured that we are ok and if there is any questions we had she has helped with this. She is an absolute asset to The Hard Rock Hotel and should be recognised for the lovely support she gives to the guests here and for having made our stay an absolute pleasure so far. A big thank you from both my wife and I.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. I especially want to highlight the entertainment team — Fernando and the rest of the group were amazing! They worked so hard every day, brought so much energy, and really made the experience fun and memorable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and in general the staff were polite, cheerful, and attentive. The only downside I noticed is that although this is considered an international hotel, many staff members immediately start speaking Spanish with guests. If you don’t speak Spanish, the conversation can be a little difficult at first. I think it would be much better if staff asked guests what language they prefer to be addressed in. This small detail would really improve the experience for international visitors. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the hardworking and friendly staff.

Absolutely massive shout out to the Roxity kids club! What an incredible experience my two children have had there. They immediately bonded with Abby who is ‘really fun’ (quote from my 9 year old). Ande is really kind and keeps them safe! Ale and Evelyn make up the fantastic team! Memories made for life! Thank you to all of the team!
