Absolutely Fantastic Dining Experience! We ate at Andiamo twice during our five-day stay at the Grand Park Royal Luxury Hotel in Cancun, and both experiences were outstanding! The service and food were top-notch each time. On our last visit, we were served by Mario, Rene, and Chef Miguel, who all went above and beyond to make our dinner special. The beef filet and fried chicken parmesan were both incredible — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For dessert, we tried the Titanium and Amaretto cake with ice cream, and they were both absolutely delicious! To top it all off, there’s live saxophone music during dinner, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Highly recommend dining at Andiamo if you’re staying at the Grand Park Royal — easily one of the highlights of our trip!

My husband surprised me with an all inclusive 6 day, 5 night stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun. We had a lovely stay. Zero complaints. The only gripe we had was the member bracelets kept getting destroyed and we had to continually replace them which meant a trip to the front desk each time. Our suggestion would be to use plastic or rubber bands instead of ribbon. Special shout out to our concierge Yajaira. Special thank you to the wait staff, Gilberto is a top notch bartender at the adult pool. He gets 5 stars. All of the wait staff and servers were incredible. Leo. Alexis. And Julio were among our favorites. Pablo was amazing. The food was all fresh and delicious. Highly recommend staying at this resort.

Our second visit to this hotel and first the negatives. Check-in took a while even though we were the next in line when we arrived. The concierge service is more towards selling time share/members club instead of helping us out. We never got a map of the hotel or was never was offered one. The AC didn't work on our first half our stay. The water didn't work during the day. The bed spread needed to be cleaned after the first night but when I asked for a replacement they had none, I call the next day and after 3 calls they finally brought a blanket. I think the management needs to be better. Now the positive: The room has a awesome view. Beds are comfortable. The servers housekeeping, and front end staff are amazing. The restaurants food is top notch. The bread is made in house and the food is prepared fresh. Overall our stay was great but it could have been amazing.

Ernestina was the best most kind and hospitable person! She brought us our drinks everyday on the beach and learned what we liked so that we didn’t even have to tell her our order. She went out of her way to make us special and bring us treats. She was personable and so delightful to talk to. We really looked forward to seeing her each day!

My family of 3 stayed at this resort from Sept 20th -26th. Checking in/ out was quick and easy. We booked the king preimer room. The room is updated, large shower, the bed was comfortable, and ocean front view was incredible! The room was cleaned daily but there is a slight ant problem. It didn't bother us very much but something to keep in mind. The food was delicious! (which is a huge deal for us) We loved the buffet for breakfast. Alvin (I think is his name) cooked the omlettes upon request. He was fabulous! He was always smiling! Our favorite resturant was Koi. Alexis the Chef at the hibachi grill was great and entertaining. Flor Del Sal and El Mirador were delicious. Prime lounge is an additional charge (not included all inclusive and no kids allowed) We didn't try that restaurant. My daughter is 9 and she checked out the kids club. She enjoyed herself but felt like it was more appropriate for smaller children. They offer different activities everyday. We loved the location of the resort. It's walking distance to stores and the bus routes were easy to navigate. The pools were clean and fun. We loved the music and the different activities. Since we went during their off season it wasn't difficult to find seating by the pool. The family pool is large and has a swim up bar. The kids are allowed to swim up and order drinks (kid friendly). Francisco and Christian are great bartenders and kept the drinks flowing. Francisco has a great personality and has a great sense of humor. We enjoyed chatting with him. There is an adults only pool with swim up bar. Great for those traveling with out kids. The beach is clean and it wasn't over crowded. There was some seaweed but it didn't bother us. Night entertainment was great and fun for all ages. We loved that this resort is more on the quiet side. No clubs or loud guest. My daughter and I got a massage at the spa. It was so relaxing and we felt comfortable Overall, we loved this resort. It's family friendly and easy to get around. We loved the hospitality. Everyone was friendly and greeted us. We always saw staff cleaning, washing the windows, and staying busy. The serves were attentive and kind. The weather was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!
