We had a fantastic time at this resort with so many amenities. The only downside was the hotel needed maintenance and the food wasn't as great as expected. There were lots of food options though, so you can find something you like (be sure to book the italian or asian!). The beach was great with so many belly beds (wish we brought snorkel stuff) but the pool was the star! Luiana and Benjamin were so entertaining! We spent a great week here and, even being in our 30s thinking beforehand that this would be more for mature adults, found that the nightlife and atmosphere were inclusive and diverse.. so fun meeting new friends! My other note would be that there was a bit of selling. We did the presentation and liked the offer but declined as it felt a little pushy, but worth it for the free gifts. We loved our swim out room on the Seaside Suites side (you have access to the Palms resort next door too-super close to walk) and the service was incredible from the entertainers to the maids, plus room service and golf cart shuttle rides! I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great anniversary trip and our surprise!

Had a wonderful vacation with a group of friends at El Dorado Seaside Suites. Service was excellent all around. Room service was meticulous and always providing fresh towels and doing the little things to make the room comfortable. They decorated our bed with flowers to celebrate our wedding anniversary ❤️. All staff, no matter where you met them, went out of their way to say hello. The resort does a top notch job in maintenance and upkeep of the resort - eg. sweeping ponded water after rain. Our butlers (Anna and Enrique) always looked to for us and found us every day to ensure our needs were met and to even provide suggestions. Special shoutout to Andrea for wonderful yoga, aquafit and dance classes. It is clear that she loves her job and connecting with her clients to ensure her classes fit their needs. The fitness facility and had lots of dumbbells, Olympic Bar, squat rack, and even a pull up bar. Would have loved to have had access to a rower or echobike. The day excursions to the tequila tasting and Maroma beach and catamaran were a good time. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

One of our favorite resorts to visit in the riviera maya area! We love the romantic feel as the resort is on the smaller side compared to some of their sister resorts but we love the intimate feel! The staff is so kind, happy to help and feels like family! Anselmo was one of my favorite waiters and each day we got him serving us at breakfast or lunch was always extra special! The spa is one of our favorites and we always enjoy the hydrotherapy. We also enjoyed our butler Carlos and our other butler Edith! They had all of our dinners and special activities scheduled and taken care of as well as daily breakfast requests. We also really enjoy the daily resort activities and staff Luana and Benjamin were so much fun and such a joy to experience each day! Typically there’s more activities/events and even they bring in vendors to shop from one of the days of the week in the evening but that didn’t happen this trip… Maybe because a lot of the nights it was stormy but that’s no one’s fault besides Mother Nature! All in all, a really great time! The tortellini at Mia Casa is one of my favorites and you can’t go wrong with the sushi or orange chicken at KlayTalaay! My only complaint the whole trip was the main pool at seaside suites bartender Carlos David. For some reason he continually had an attitude. Not sure if it was at me or other guests … or that the guests were intermingling making friends and ordering shots -- either way … I was not impressed with pool bar boy Carlos David as he was rude multiple times on multiple occasions and even at one point asked me to stop speaking Spanish and just speak English — which I found to be extremely rude considering everyone else on the resort was impressed with my Spanish, and complimented me many times how nice it was someone coming in and being able to speak their language so maybe Carlos David was having a bad day or two — but that’s where he should learn that we choose our job. If he’s not happy serving the public, go pick up trash or work in the back somewhere where you don’t have to speak to or deal with guests but that’s just my advice as a girl that’s waitressed 15 years myself 🤷🏽‍♀️😵‍💫🫣🥰

We love our time here, this is our 3rd time at Seaside Suites. From the time we arrived - Jose took care of our luggage and got us settled in. Check in was quick and easy. The room 6605 was great and your staff for housekeeping, turn down service and beverage people took great care of us. We love our swim out and the view is amazing. Alva was our concierge and she is the best - got us what we needed and even a little extra special touch. We love the pools and the beaches there and your staff are amazing. Veronica is awesome at the beach, Cumi and Alejandro at your pool bars are great bartenders, Alicia is also wonderful. Maria was our activities person and she went out of her way to play games at the pools with us and taught us a little salsa as well. We had fun with Anna at Mezcalito each night we were there. Meals were fantastic, we love breakfast at La Sandwichiere and sitting on the palapah looking at the ocean. The Pub has great food, Klay Talay is also one of our favorites. Shout out to Alejandro "Chivo" at the Pub as he is the best. Emiliano at Klay Talay is an amazing server and our dinner on the beach was very special - thank you Rubicell and Jose for all their amazing work to make that special. Your staff are very friendly and we love our walks on your property and we had an amazing time there - we hope to come back sometime soon.

We stayed at both the Suites and the Palms. I preferred the Suites because we were on the top floor, with a gorgeous view and a really nice room. We also stayed in a Jr Swim Up suite at the Palms. The positives: Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful Beautiful grounds The swim up suites are great! I loved being in the water whenever I wanted to be. Plenty to do if you want to. The catamaran tour and Maroma beach day (much better beach) Negatives -There is no accessible beach at the Suites. The beach at the Palms is pretty but not good for swimming. If you go all the way to the end, it's less rocky but still too shallow. -We were there in the off season but figuring out dinner should have been easier. We were never sure what was open (the "app" was not correct and the sign at one pool wasn't either). If you didn't get in by 6:45, there was a 45-90 minute wait. Many restaurants were closed so it seemed if one more was open, this could have been easier. We are actually happy to be home in our own kitchen! -The Palms rooms are very dimly lit and outdated. Our phone didn't work, which made it impossible to order room service or call the front desk. Overall we enjoyed our trip but we will not be back.
