Overall, my stay was okay. We had a swim-up room, which was spacious and clean, and the pools were well maintained. The nature around the resort was beautiful, and the customer service was very good. My favorite part of the trip was the spa—it was excellent. The entertainment team also did a great job. On the downside, the food was disappointing. Not all of the restaurants that are advertised were actually open during our stay. We really wanted to try El Patio, the Mexican restaurant, but it was only open one day, so we didn’t get the chance to experience it. Room service was also a letdown—the menu had very limited options and it took about an hour for food to arrive. Another negative was the $200 “incentive” offer to attend a so-called breakfast presentation, which turned out to be a 3-hour timeshare sales pitch. I would strongly recommend avoiding that. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and unfortunately, this one was my least favorite. Because of the food, lack of consistent restaurant availability, and poor room service, I can only give this resort 3 stars.

Very beautiful well kept resor. Staff was so attentive and kind. Food was great and had a nice variety with several restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed a personal photoshoot and boutique coffee all day!! Rooms were spacious and the bed was soooooo comfy! Entertainment was top of the line. Pools were beautiful. Beach is literally footsteps away. Turtle nest and hatching were a great surprise experience. I will be back!!!

Our stay at Dreams Tulum Resort was truly unforgettable! The food was delicious every single day. A special shout-out to William and Bernardino for their amazing service and tasty dishes — they made our experience even more special. And thank you so much for the crème brûlée — it was absolutely perfect! We’ll definitely remember their kindness and great food.

We came here for a wedding and the wedding was beautiful but the rest of the experience was not so great. The food is absolutely disgusting, hospital food would be better than what is served here. Most of the room service was not edible, it was like a 8 year old made it. On our 2nd day here our room started flooding from the ceiling and it took 2 hours for someone to come by. Room was always hot and the tub sprayed water in every direction where it’s not possible to use unless you feel like going to a waterpark. We were never given more water or other beverages in our room when it was turned down, you had to call or wait for someone to come by to ask. For an all inclusive you still had to pay $10 coconut water which is a little crazy as well as sodas in your room. This property needs to work on some improvements. It has a lot of potential but does not bring any Tulum beauty or experience to its resort. I won’t even get started on the vacation club staff.

We had an excellent dinner at the Asian restaurant. We were greeted by Arimy who was extremely helpful and very charming. She patiently explained the different restaurant options to us and helped us choose which place to eat. 5 stars to Aremy. Our waiter was Alfredo who was funny, charming and helpful. The food arrive timely and was excellent. 5 stars to Alfredo.
