New, tasteful and green hotel. We got a great deal via the hotels website where you get free dinner, free massage and the discount for the food, beverages and spa. It was raining a lot, but our little one was happily spending time in the kids playroom and pool. Restaurant was really nice - we often had lunch and dinner there. Very welcoming reception and all the staff. In overall, we extended our stay and would definilety come back! 💙🌿

Overall, Breakfast spread was not at all good. Even if we consider Indian, that was super bad, rest were also not edible. Service during breakfast was slow, even table cleaning took 10-15 minutes. Rooms are okay, and there are places around to have food. I am not sure how it's rated 5/5 by most here, and I too booked it based on those reviews, but it's not a 5/5, atleast food is a total disaster.

I stayed at Deewana Plaza for two days in September. Based on all the good rating and reviews we booked this hotel but was highly disappointed. The place is under renovation which was not clearly mentioned while booking the property. What was not mentioned is their quality and service take a toll in the off - season . The food was not Good and most of the spread was cold . The team was understaffed with one person running between egg counter and the kitchen. Being a 4 star hotel , it’s the responsibility of the hotel to uphold their service and quality . I understand for them it’s off season , but for us it was our vacation . It’s not at all a deserving “4 star” . If it had been possible I would have taken a refund for this immediately after booking when I found it was under renovation . What is the difference between a 4 star and a 1 star hotel if the basic expectations are not met.

We had a wonderful stay at Deevana Plaza! The staff surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was also really good — a great variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay!

I stayed in the pool access superior rooms and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff are very humble. Rooms are very neat and all the appliances work. One pro tip : Carry a mosquito repellent cream as pool attached rooms tend to have mosquito. For which hotel has provided repellent coil to burn and net around the bed. Breakfast is also really good and has variety. Vegetarian people might find it difficult to adjust. Rest is great
