The hotel was nice but it doesn’t hit the 5 star mark in 2025 I think it was a 5 star hotel when it opened decades back but I would consider it a 3 star hotel. Overall, I liked the hotel. The only issue I had was the smell of cigarettes in the non smoking room, a dirty bed sheet and broken water pipe for the bidet. Rest all was fine. I wouldn’t consider it a big issue because I know it happens and we are humans:)

I booked a two-day stay at this hotel, and the booking clearly stated that internet was included. However, there was no internet available throughout my stay, and the staff could not provide any solution. I had work to do, so I had to go outside and pay for internet access. I ended up staying awake until after 3:00 AM trying to finish my work since I had just arrived from the USA and needed online access. Around one hour after finally sleeping, I woke up to use the restroom and found that the lights were not working. I discovered that the main the door was open. I closed it and restored power, but within ten minutes, the power was switched off again from the outside. This happened multiple times. I reported the situation to the receptionist, and the security team called me, but I received no assistance or follow-up for more than five hours. On top of that, when I checked my belongings, I noticed my portable charger was missing, and I haven’t even finished checking the rest of my items yet. With all of these serious issues — no internet, unexplained power interruptions, lack of staff response, and missing property — I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

We stayed 5 nights and there were no WiFi during all these days. they told initially some issues outside which is highly unlikely and then they said issue with Etisalat, possible because Etisalat might have disconnected because these guys did not care for customers and wouldn’t have made payment. the male staff on the reception was very unprofessional and rude and he was being sarcastic when asked something.. This hotels dosent deserve 2 star even. Even for small things multiple times had to call. It was good before, either the management changed or the employees are not getting paid

A beautifully classic hotel, neat and well maintained. The staff are genuinely courteous and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade after a long day, and it made all the difference. Breakfast was wonderful and carried the same high level of service. A truly restorative and memorable stay. Simply amazing.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. Booked few days ago only to find that my booking is nowhere to be found. Staff not helpful and just blame each other. The lady at the reception told me to wait 30 minutes for her colleague to arrive who is apparently a reservations “expert”. When she arrived she told me exactly the same thing. They push the responsibility to each other. Very very disappointed. The hotel itself is outdated and does not look like a 5 star hotel. They should remove the awards they claim to have one, which they proudly display infront of reception. I called the hotel yesterday to confirm my reservation and they found the reservation and all my details. All of a sudden it is nowhere to be found.
