I stayed at this resort a year ago and it was a dream. I always wondered if I’d get the chance to come back. Well, we had a trip planned to Jamaica this December 2025 but they were just devastated by the hurricane. So we are switching it up coming back to Breathless Soul! I am hoping it’s just as good as it was a year ago. We will make it to Jamaica some day and I’ve been praying for everyone there. For Breathless Soul, the Food was incredible, to this day I talk about the pistachio crème brûlée. Hibachi was delicious and so fun, the chef let my husband try to flip/crack and egg😅. Room service was great, took a bit but as expected, there’s a ton of people ordering at night! We’d order at 1am and waking up to nachos is the best, let me tell you. All The staff were awesome. One of them knew our names by day two and would come up enticing us to join activities which we loved. His name was David, I hope he still works there. I loved our room, ocean view with a jacuzzi on the balcony, we used it every day. The nightclub was so fun, we met so many cool people from all over the world! I’ll be back in a couple months to review how it goes this year!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so kind to us, especially Robinson and a gentleman at the pool bar whose name I sadly can’t recall, possibly Luis or Jesús. He always made sure my drinks came in the cutest glasses, and they were absolutely delicious. The food was excellent, and our suite was perfect, clean, spacious, and with a breathtaking balcony view. We booked the Xhale Club (the VIP option), and I 100% recommend it. It gives you access to a rooftop pool on the 30th floor and a VIP lounge, where the staff treat you with so much kindness and attention to detail. The beach is gorgeous with calm waters and no waves. Overall, the service was flawless, and I truly wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them all properly.

My husband and I stayed here with two other couples . The resort is beautiful ! The service is excellent and the food is.. omg the food is delish! I loved the breakfast bar in morning. Lots of selection with different juices . Fish net was a great restaurant and Fransico our server had great customer service and our bartender Kevin made yummy drinks . Lots to do on the resort from karokee , pool parties with DJ’s and night club on site. The only thing I wished was better is the ocean. More clear water would be nice ! Overall is was a great place !

We had an amazing time here! The staff is kind and very helpful. Anything we asked for, they were able to accommodate us. We had delicious food, drinks, and an incredible ocean view room. The pools were fantastic and you could walk right to the beach from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

We went for a bachelorette party! Before we even got to Mexico the staff was very friendly, prompt when responding to emails. We arrive and we were greeted with hand towels that smelled like essential oils. Our check in was quick, offered us drinks, offered us to go to the buffet while we wait for our actual check in. The staff was great, gave us a detailed tour of our rooms. Staff was fun and friendly and always around when you needed them. Food was great, variety of restaurants, and the view was beautiful! I will definitely come back to visit and stay at that resort.
