Great hotel. Room was unexpectedly upgraded on arrival. Hotel very clean and rooms clean and spacious. In a great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food is grand, however we tend to eat out when away anyway! Would definitely return!

Stayed here on October 19th for 4 Nights A/L. Nice welcome on arrival and given Room on 4th Floor with Sea View. It was a really nice room with nice big Bathroom with a good working shower. The location is about 10min walk down to the beach which was absolutely fine. Service at the 2 Bar ,the outdoor until 7pm then indoor until 23.00pm , was very good .The restaurant staff didn't really say a lot which didn't really bother us but a simple chat or smile would be nice. The food was disappointing, there was a variety of options and you wouldn't starve but it was always cold even the "Hot Food " Thank goodness for the Microwave which we had to use at every meal.The Pool was ok but the Sunbeds were terrible especially the ones in the garden section, all broken and need replacing as top priority. Would we stay again? Possibly if improvements made. Would we recommend Don't think so .

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The food is good with lots of variety. The pool is a good size but the only thing that lets the hotel down is the condition of the sunbeds. They are mostly broken and need replacing. Apart from this I would highly recommend it.

Just got home from a 5 night stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were lovely but I would like to start with the fact that only 2/5 nights we got fresh bath towels and our room cleaned, which surely isn’t normal? We were out of the room from 9am until at-least 4pm daily so there is no reason why our room should have been missed. The all inclusive food was shocking. Breakfast was not much choice at all, the only fruit they served wad oranges and grapefruit, and the beans, egg and sausage were cold aswell. Overall the room was clean and pool was good.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The first thing I noticed once I arrived into the hotel was how unsanitary everything was. The bedsheets had blood stains and pubes on them while the towels had some weird stains on them. I was absolutely disgusted but since that is my first vacation in 9 months of working non-stop I tried to make the best out of it. As we left the room and wanted to lock in our stuff in the safe, it didn’t work. We reported it to the staff and they told us that we need to pay 10€ depot and 3€ for each day. Since we had to pay money to use the safe, we took it as a sign of “we warned you that you CAN use the safe but you need to pay, it anything happens it’s on you”, so that’s what we did. Since I had a lot of expensive clothes with me as well, I asked her how we can be safe that no one is gonna steal our clothes. The staff spoke such bad English they didn’t understand I was referring to the clothes, she said “yes you lock in ur valuables in the safe” but didn’t respond to my question about the clothes and said “those go in the wardrobe” . Even if I tried speaking Spanish with them and asked them to speak a bit slower since it’s not my first language, they didn’t and spoke their dialect and spoke also really fast. In hopes they were going to change the sheets, we put up the sign “please clean”. When we came back, only one of the beds were done, but they just re-made the bed with THE SAME dirty bedsheet. After a long day of all this happening, I tried to take a shower and to my disappointment, the water pressure from the shower head (and the sink, but that’s another story) was so bad it took me 10 minutes until my hair was wet. A rainy day would’ve wet my hair quicker. Apart from the fact our room was never cleaned and the staff barely speaking English, they didn’t even bring us new toilet paper when it finished. At that point I just went to a store and bought my own because they didn’t seem bothered enough to do anything about it and I didn’t have any time to waste on the vacation I payed my hard worked money with. The sea view was also not like it was promised. They never showed any pictures of what’s around the hotel and it’s really unpleasant. It’s uphill and it’s such a dirty street. There was also a crane blocking our “sea view” that was more public housing than anything. It looked like I was set in an Asylum seekers' housing. There were also 2 strip clubs in front of the hotel. The lift that brought us on the level of our room was so slow and sometimes one of them wouldn’t even work. It took us so long until we even arrived each time. Not to talk about the breakfast that was astoundingly bad. The food was uneatable. I wouldn’t wish this to my worst enemy. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars.
