This was my first time going to this resort and my family and I made the best choice we ever! We had absolutely the best time ever! The staff is so friendly, always with smile on their faces, the food is so delicious. I want give special shout out to the amazing teams at kids club and teen club for their wonderful job and taking such good care of our kids. My kids had the best time there. Thank you so much to Adriana, Guillermo, Angel,Montse, Itzamaray, Kasandra and Ana from Kids Club and Thank you Carlos from Teen Club. For give my kids amazing time! Aissa and Mariama enjoyed every second of their time there.we will be definitely coming back soon.

Giampaolo from the entertainment team is so friendly and outgoing! We met him at the lobby bar while he was hard at work. The resort is very large but works very efficiently. It took me a few days to get a rhythm but then we found our spot on the beach and our daily routine. The food was excellent. Or room was basic but clean and had the full amenities. Always something to do.

My experience with this hotel was mostly good, we came with family had a great time.. My room was clean and pretty comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean although it’s very hot in the lobby and buffet area i didn’t mind since we are in mexico (it gets very hot and humid). The food was mostly good and it had some variety but, it would run out very fast and it would get frustrating waiting for refills also when people asked the kitchen workers they would get annoyed or completely ignore you. The buggies would take forever also very frustrating to stand and wait for them, most of the time they never came the resort is very big so we would have to walk most of the time. The drinks at the pool and bars were really good kinda watery but i personally don’t mind. The entertainment was average but i can definitely say Carlos and Fernanda were 2 amazing people who always approached and made conversation made us feel very welcomed. i would definitely come again!
