Large sprawling complex as this was once two separate hotels. We were in an annex with lovely sea views of the marina. We liked the spacious area above the swimming pool to sun bathe. I thought the token system worked well and the queues went down quickly as there always seemed to be plenty of staff on. Help yourself to sangria, wine and beer at the outside bar, all perfectly fine, not so some of the brandy they were serving, ask for Veterano or Soberano. Charge for ginger ale and didn’t seem to have nice fruit juice. 20 minute walk along coastal road to San Blas, lots of shops and restaurants, The town of Los Abrigos is a further 20 minutes. No beach as such but if sea wasn’t too rough I guess it is possible to swim at some points, lots of pebbles and rocks to manage. I would recommend this hotel and would go again.

A truly pleasant stay! The atmosphere at the Aula Atlantico Golf Resort is warm and welcoming — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cleanliness is impeccable, with great attention to detail throughout the rooms and common areas. Almost all of the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which really makes you feel cared for. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The food could be better, both in terms of variety and quality. Also, the schedule of the free shuttles is not very convenient, and it’s quite difficult to book both the restaurants and the shuttle service, as they are often fully booked. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience was very positive, and I would still recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Very fast, smooth check in met by lovely welcoming staff. Room spacious and very clean, with fridge and free safe.we were in block one with great sea and pool view. Food was very good in all the restaurants we tried, very good variety, with various meats cooked in front of you, with a different themed night throughout the week. The 2 pools we went to were brilliant, spotlessly clean. Drink was also very good, good choices, good measures. There is a token system in place for drinks which I personally think works very well, a really good idea avoiding waste cups blowing around the whole hotel keeping the hotel spotlessly clean. Staff always greeting you and with a smile on their faces, a credit to the hotel. Transfer time from the airport is a big plus too, taking around 15 minutes. I can’t recommend this hotel enough it’s really good, hope to return.

Amazing hotel with good attentive staff, rooms were massive and could easily accommodate a big family. Despite the hotel being quite big it didn't feel cramped or overcrowded, there were always sunbeds no matter which pool you choose to be at. The food was standard for an all inclusive but they did have themed nights with specific genres of food which was brilliant and nice to see. The activities throughout the day were good and enjoyable. Unfortunately the beds were quiet uncomfortable, they were hard and the bedding was quite uncomfortable, the Aircon wasn't the greatest, Along with this if you like to travel and go into town the location isn't the greatest but the hotel does offer a free shuttle service which was a pleasant suprise and makes up for the location of this hotel. I wouldn't let these comments deter you from this nice hotel as on the whole it was a great experience for me and my partner. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived at just on 10pm very warm welcome but told your next meal is breakfast, every other hotel we have stayed has laid on a cold buffet for later guests. Had a suite which was excellent and also able to use the separate lounge and dining area. Never seemed to be enough staff to cater for the size of hotel. Pool areas were good and nice to have heated pools. Evening entertainment was pretty poor so avoided. Food was a little limited and breakfast hot items usually just warm. Free bus to a couple of the other resorts was a nice option.
