⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Beautiful and very clean hotel — rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Food, desserts, and drinks were all very good, and the heated outdoor pool was a lovely bonus. A big thank you to Ghirizlene at reception — she greeted us warmly, offered us a room upgrade, and even gave us a free late checkout. She really made us feel welcome. Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies who cleaned our room in the main building (1st floor) — always polite, smiling, and doing an excellent job every day. That said, visiting in October was disappointing. Most restaurants and entertainment were already shut down, so the place felt empty and lifeless. The lobby furniture looked tired, waterfalls were off, and Candyland was only half running. They even turned off the air conditioning for winter, so we had to sleep with windows open and got mosquito bites. It’s also frustrating that, based on the hotel’s advertisements, we had certain expectations and paid the full price. Arriving to find so many services and amenities unavailable felt like a big disappointment compared to what was advertised. Overall, a lovely hotel in high season, but in October it feels like it’s already closed.

This was my first time staying at Vogue Bodrum Supreme and it truly exceeded all my expectations — from the staff to the facilities, everything was exceptional. I absolutely loved the hotel’s design, the spacious and beautifully decorated room, the delicious food, and the friendly, attentive staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The highlight for our family was the Candyland, the largest in Bodrum — a magical experience, especially for my daughter, who was completely enchanted. The views and the sea are breathtaking, and there are countless entertainment options and facilities for both adults and children. Everything was spotless, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. I would gladly return here with my family whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended!

Starting with the good and the great. The room and customer relations are definitely up to scratch, offering fast and effective fixes to some small issues we had with our room (not enough towels / chairs and the safe not working). All fixed quickly. The location is stunning and they have done well to maintain the grounds to a beautiful standard. However when it comes to the service, regardless of it being the ‘off season’ we have found there to be something lacking. Ignored by bar staff, long waiting times and incorrect drinks given. Offered table service with a 30 minute wait for 2 drinks that still came wrong. Queues at the bar are something we have never seen at an all inclusive. Small measures given with some drinks, red wine in a brandy glass and with a brandy measure. The lack of entertainment for adults, including a DJ and ‘disco’ space that was a bunch of tables and not much else going on. At their busiest time l, the evening, they same to be extremely understaffed causing long wait times and queues for everything. I would recommend this hotel for families with young children but otherwise it was not what we expected with the high hopes that we had for this hotel.

My wife and myself went to this hotel for a tennis tournament. Stayed about a week. October is the end of the season here, so some of the hotel facilities and restaurants were closed. Hotel is nicely designed and new. Rooms with sea view are spacious and offer a lovely view. Food, although plentiful in all-inclusive restaurant, was not tasty. No good meat, no good fish. Breakfast was also pretty bad. Most of the food is placed on the buffet at the beginning of the meal. As a result, it becomes cold, and most popular dishes are not available as it gets later. I like good food, I was suffering in this hotel eating uneasy food just for the sake of getting calories in me. Only in the ala carte restaurant the food was decent, but the service there needs improvement, staff badly needs basic training how to serve guests properly. However, I’d like to thank Jiwan the sommelier in this restaurant for his excellent service, friendliness and client-centricity, he made our stay very special. Spa personnel is very friendly, and the quality of massage there was very good. However, the sauna was broken for 4 days - I don’t know why it could not be fixed. Sunbeds: if you come to the beach, most of them are empty but occupied with someone’s towels or pieces of clothing. Of course, this depends a lot of the culture of your guests. But the hotel can do something to clean unused sunbeds. Once I had to put my stuff on the sand to swim because I could not find a single sunbed. Overall, with few exceptions, the staff in the hotel was indifferent to guests at best. You get a feeling that they are simply not motivated and not trained to serve guests. The processes also need improvement- at restaurants, beaches, spa. I do not think I am coming back to this hotel unless dramatic improvements are made.

Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights and here is our honest review. The service was not as bad as some other reviews are saying, there was a few mishaps and mix ups but all in all it was pleasant. The staff were child friendly, polite and helpful. However, a few of the buffet staff were rather confusing and felt slightly untrained. On many occasions did we ask for something and it never came or the wrong thing came. The buffet staff don’t really help much and are quite informal but the ala cart staff were wonderful and quickly adjusted a menu to our dietary requirements without being asked. The food was lovely, especially the bread and dough based things, such as the fresh pizza and flat bread. There was enough variety for vegetarians and everything was presented well, even the desserts had a fair amount of variety and tasted good. However, if you are not quick to an early breakfast in the morning, the hot food will be cold and not very nice. All in all, the variety of food was great along with the taste. The Candy land was good but did not meet expectations. As we went in October, they had shut down most of the slides, leaving only a few open that were good but repetitive. The aquatic park was good for kids and teens, however some slides were dangerous ( the mat slide in particular ) and quite badly injured me from the speed and pressure pushing up the mat. We did not go to candy land at night but from what we saw at day, the big ferris wheel was off and we did not hear any roller coaster, leading us to believe it was off. Candyland was good but I would’ve liked to know that half of the slides were shut and so was the ferris wheel that is marketed as one of the man attractions. The grounds are very big so there are golf carts to get around if you’re struggling but only a few so I wouldn’t recommend this to people who aren’t keen on walking. The pool was lovely, there was a big cold water pool that was very beautiful and peaceful, there was also a warm water pool that was nice but always quite full. You will never get hungry here as there’s always food to eat everywhere including snack bars and unlimited ice cream and baklava ( loved the chocolate one ), however on our arrival the main snack bar was also open for a single day and then shut randomly and stayed closed for the rest of the week which was fine as we had lots at the buffet but not something I’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Our rooms were very big and clean, however on the second day our shower broke and stopped draining, we asked for it fixed but they only cleaned it and left it the way it was. The beds are comfy and big and there is no noise disruption as there is no entertainment. The location is good as the local bus comes around every day to take you to Bodrum town for very cheap, but beware as the advisors and trip agents will steer you away from the bus and make try and make you pay for a taxi, don’t do this as the bus is completely fine and cheap, good for kids, safe and clean. You do have to take a detour to get to the pickup place but it’s where the staff quarters are, just keep walking. Nighttime entertainment and entertainment in general was nonexistent, leaving lots of people trying to find somewhere to sit in the lobby with the main bar but there are very few seats causing arguments and unnecessary drama. The choices of drinks are good, would prefer a menu next time but it was acceptable. Really enjoyed our stay and do recommend doing a boat trip and the food. Although would like to be told of things that are shut before we come.
