The shops inside the hotel are extremely overpriced, and there are no real bargains to be had. The lady in one of the shops, in particular, was rude and unpleasant, offering some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. You’ll find much better deals and friendlier service in the nearby town, so I’d recommend shopping there instead. Some staff members also came across as quite miserable and didn’t treat guests equally, which was disappointing. I also wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness around the pool areas — for example, two dirty plates sat near the infinity pool for four days without being cleared away. Getting a sunbed is another challenge; if you’re not up early to reserve one, you’ll likely miss out. As for the rooms, I’d strongly suggest booking a sea view room. Without it, the rooms can feel a little dark and depressing. On a more serious note, I also noticed a few health and safety concerns around the hotel, which really shouldn’t be overlooked. It gave the impression that attention to detail in this area wasn’t a top priority. Now, onto the positives: The views are absolutely beautiful and were my favourite part of the hotel. The food was decent, although I did notice that items started being cleared away from around 8:45, even though dinner is advertised until 9:30. Some bar staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, although it often seemed to depend on whether you tipped first. The housekeeping team, however, was outstanding — I’d give the maids a solid 10/10. The entertainment team also deserves full credit; they were fantastic and really couldn’t be faulted. Overall, this hotel has its strong points, but also a fair share of letdowns.

I really liked the hotel. The hotel was peaceful, you could rest, sunbathe and enjoy the weather. There are always pros and cons. ➖Far from the airport (1.5h bus ride) ➖swimming pools cold (without heating) ➕by the sea with a direct view of the islands ➕nice servers and friendly.

For a small family, this was a wonderful holiday. The biggest highlight was definitely the team of animators who made sure there was always great entertainment – they really deserve special praise in my review. The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping staff do an excellent job. I also really enjoyed going to the snack bar for lunch.

Forget about the Turkish hotel star ratngs. This is a 3.5 star hotel. 4 stars on a sunny day. Someone said that the hotes is whay you make of it... well, this one is making me hard to find samething worth the money I have paid for it. That being said, I will never come here again, or Turkey most likely. Soooo... where to begin. This is definitely not the ultra all included resort as advertised. Not everything is available all of the time. Ice cream, snacks and such are available 2 hours a day. All that is always available is cheap liquor and machine soft juices. The food is actually good and they try to make it interesting and there is something for everyones taste. Always enough foe anyone. All the sweets taste roughly the same, too mush sugar in everything, but that's the way locals love it. I would say that our room was the oldest in this resort. We paid for double bedroom, but were given the single one. After complaining, we got this... let's call it apartment. The apartment we were forced to take, since everything else was full apparently, was unused for some time. The two A/C units were uncleaned for ages. The room was filled with moisture and mold odor, the air from A/C units as well. One was barely blowing cold air at all. We actually had black mold in the bathroom. See the pics. If you have a problem or are unsatisfied in any way, you can count on staff being rude (in our case very rude indeed) or not understanding english all of a sudden. The very young receptionist was so rude when we came with our problems to him, while the manager stood next to him and said nothing. He did send someone to clean and repair the A/C, but nothing was really done. The stairs... the damned stairs. This resort is all in stairs. Wherever you need to go, you'll need to take the stairs. People with knee problems or anything stairs related, stay away! The beach, or more precisely the wooden dock, is OK. You can take fresh beach towels every day, one per guest. The number of beach chairs and parasols is not enough for all of the guests. You must come and claim what you need on the beach before 8AM! People reserve their parasols and chairs when they leave the beach by leaving towels, wate bottles or alike, so that makes it much worse. Nobody removes the reserving towels, even after we were said that the towels will be removed after 15 minutes. So... nobody of the staff cares, as is the case with almost everything else.

So, trying to give a balanced account of this place despite our family having an awful time / experience here. Negatives: We booked a x2 bedroom family room but were given a x1 bedroom with multiple beds in it. Reception refused to acknowledge discrepancy and even lied that they had no double bedrooms on site (despite our booking clearly stating this and evidence of such rooms on their website, which we showed them). It took us x3 days (and intervention from a Turkish relative) to get into the room we paid for with no apology. I got food poisoning from the first meal I ate in the hotel. Food hygiene in the buffet is sketchy in places with platters of food being repeatedly re-served at multiple sittings and not kept cool / hot. Consequently, I passed the subsequent bacterial infection onto my daughter and wife leading to both being hospitalised. We spent x5 days of our holiday where one or more of us were either bedridden, anchored to the toilet or in hospital. We overheard multiple other guests complaining of being sick either in relation to the food or pool hygiene so this wasn’t an isolated incident. Not that I got much opportunity to enjoy the alcoholic drinks due to being ill but the very limited selection is truly awful (the cocktails here make wetherspoons cocktails look good). The white wine was just about drinkable if served cold but it rarely was. The only exception to this is if you purchase one of the VIP beach huts where you get access to reasonable cocktails from the one chap that could make them well and had access to half decent ingredients. We ended up bouncing between x3 rooms in our fight to get into what we paid for and all had various issues / looked quite tired. The final room looked ok but water leaked out of the bathroom light fitting when the room above had a shower or flushed the toilet which was quite disconcerting. The fish a la cart was ok (albeit broadly a set menu) but the Italian was horrendously bad. Positives: The location / view is stunning. The layout, number of pools and beach side pontoons definitely look good and give you lots of access to water to swim / play in. This was a big plus for us. The spa under the hotel is a hidden gem. In contrast to the hotel above it’s clean, well maintained and the Turkish bath / massages we had here were great. They hosted a Turkish night in the buffet on the Friday night which was genuinely good. The breakfast sitting of the buffet benefitted from fresh omelettes / pancakes which was a win in a sea of monotony. The booking lady in reception was really kind / helpful as was the transfer chap. They were both a pleasure to deal with. In general this place has a huge amount of potential but it’s not realised given the lack of investment in the food, drinks and finish in the rooms. The reception / management are also rude / obstructive when you feedback any issues.
