The location was perfect, the buses are there every 10 minutes, very convenient for getting to the park. New hotel (2025), swimming pool, bar, fitness, we gave it 4 stars because there was still not great soundproofing of the noise coming from the hotel, we could hear people walking or running above and suitcases rolling on the floor. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable and the cafe restaurant is very good in terms of price and quality. Service was also very great, Victoria at the desk was absolutly lovely. We will definitely come back.

Stayed for 7 nights in September and overall was very satisfied. Pros: ✨ The hotel is very new and the architectural design is beautiful. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the pool is large and very comfortable. 🏊‍♀️ The room is very new and spacious – three 26-inch suitcases can be opened easily on the floor. 🧳 The food is relatively healthy and delicious. My wife ate the Fried Tofu 4 times in a week and didn't get tired of it. 🥗 Communication with hotel staff is convenient via text message; you can contact them anytime. 📲 There is a gym, although it's easier to use the treadmills if you log into Technogym. 💪 Laundry service is available, and self-service laundry rooms are conveniently located on the 2nd and 9th floors. 🧺 The pool has a sandy beach area, but sand from people's bodies can be carried into the main pool. 🏖️ Cons (Regrets): The mattress was too soft. There were no stools in the room, and the shower only provided soap, not shower gel. The shuttle bus waiting area from the hotel to the park has an uncovered section of several dozen meters. Waiting there in the rain or intense sun is a bad experience. There is no screen displaying the time for the next shuttle bus, making it difficult to wait inside. After checking out, I realized I had left a dental retainer at the hotel, but it was not found.

Stayed for the first time at this hotel in October 2025. It's very nice, the common area is huge and feels spacious, and everything was very clean. The rooms themselves I had zero complaints. It was very clean, plenty of room for everything for 3-4 people, and nice and bright. Was on the poolside and had a nice view of the pool and bar area. There are 6 guest elevators and never had to wait long for them which is a plus. Took the first shuttle out to epic universe around 745am, get there around 740 if it's not peak season and you should be good to go. The check in process could've used a few more employees for the people in line, waited longer than we should have as only 2 people were working, but about 10 open check in computers. I did the online check in, however I did not see a kisok anywhere as I was told to go to when I finished my online check in. Definitely will stay here again, or at the one across the street that looks identical.

Good experience at Terra Luna! There’s highs and lows of course, with this being a budget resort. The pros include the value which is very strong here- around $130 max a night. The resort is spacious, well laid out and has a lot of amenities for the price. A huge plus is the pool area which includes a large hot tub. Kim at the pool bar was awesome- great conversation and great personality! The room was already scuffed up despite this hotel just opening- chips in the paint and furniture. The “fit and finish” of the hotel definitely needs some tweaking. The mattress was rock hard despite this being a new hotel, expected at this price point but still disappointing. Overall, a GOOD hotel for the money. Hope they work out the kinks since it is still a new property. Would recommend for travelers on a budget. Great location for visiting Epic Universe and all the universal studios parks. Shuttles bus were constantly picking people up. Never waited more than 10 minutes. The cafe and market were also good and fulfilling after a long park day. The employees were so nice and friendly. We had car trouble and they made sure we were taken care of. Would 100 % recommend.
