Wife and I went to renew our vows after 25 years. I surprised her with several family members at the ceremony. The wedding coordinator and staff worked hard to keep my wife from running into any of the surprise guests for 2 days. The grounds although under major construction of one of the 3 hotels were beautiful. Great beach views and great beach backdrop for our vow renewal. Our butlers in building 55, Francisco and Crisleidy (spelling) were absolutely great. They secured dinner reservations at different restaurants every night. They took care of everything I needed. They along with Nancy our cleaning person made sure our room was always clean and decorated. Especially after our renewal celebration. Wife and I are not big buffet fans, but we did not have to worry as the various restaurants offered deliciously meals. I had seafood every night but one. I especially enjoyed the different salmon dishes at multiple restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at TRS Turquesa in the Dominican Republic. The location is fantastic, right along the ocean, with beautiful grounds that are kept serene and well maintained. The rooms were clean and the pool was easily accessible, even after a heavy rain when everything stayed spotless and usable. While the rooms could use a bit of updating and maintenance, the amenities were adequate and comfortable. The service was truly the highlight of our trip. Our butlers, Manuel and Sterling, were attentive and handled every request with ease. At the pool, Fairney was one of the best servers we’ve ever had—an absolute highlight of the week. In the lobby bar, Adames was our go-to bartender and was excellent, and Yeandra stood out as a fantastic waitress with warm, friendly service. Our favorite restaurant by far was Kusko, where Wilkins took great care of us. The food was fresh and delicious (though I’d skip dessert), and the atmosphere was perfect. From start to finish, the staff made our experience memorable. Even at departure, Christobal was a delight, helping us with our luggage and driving us to meet our transportation to the airport. Overall, TRS Turquesa delivered a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, thanks to its beautiful setting and the incredible people who work there.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at TRS Turquesa, where every moment was filled with joy and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from Dolores, Yeandra, and Rafi set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The attentive care at Helio’s provided by Angela, Richar, Daniel and Edminda made every aspect of my stay feel personalized and special. I was particularly impressed by Angela’s enthusiasm always with a smile. I must mention Wendi Ruiz, who magically appeared at every turn, not just greeting us but greeting us by name, making sure we were happy. The culinary delights crafted under the guidance of chef Camacho were nothing short of extraordinary, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors that tantalized my taste buds. Dining at La Boheme, where Romona’s charming hospitality added a unique flair to the evening, was truly a highlight. This team of dedicated professionals made my stay at TRS Turquesa not just a vacation but a cherished memory filled with laughter, warmth, and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

Eury, our butler, was so so amazing as was much of the staff. Very friendly and attentive. We had a room that backed up to the outskirts of the hotel and was loud at night. The beach view was absolutely beautiful, but difficult to relax due to the number of people trying to sell you excursions and such. They camp out in front of the beach that borders the outskirts of the resort. Additionally, we stayed at an “adults only all inclusive” but the resort shares many spaces with other Palladium areas which does not make TRS fully adults only. The resort is very nice and well maintained. Food was amazing and the restaurants were great! Spa was amazing and definitely worth the money! Bring your bathing suit when you go to enjoy the pool area after your massage!

⭐️ 3.5/5 – Mixed Experience at TRS Turquesa We stayed at TRS Turquesa for 10 days (Sept 23–Oct 3) and while there were definitely highlights, several issues made the experience less than perfect. First, we had to move rooms twice — the first room was very dated with yellow stains in the bathtub, and the second had broken AC. The third room was much better, but these issues early on definitely affected the start of our trip. To their credit, the front desk and butler team handled the changes professionally after some back and forth, though it did take effort. Service-wise, the staff were mostly wonderful — special thanks to Felix and Cristobal (drivers), Jesus at Helios for breakfast, and Luis at the front desk for their friendliness and professionalism. My second butler in Block 51 was excellent and really made a difference, though my first butler was not as attentive. Food across the resort was quite good with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed La Bohème and the Indian restaurant — both worth a visit. The pool area was another highlight and probably the best part of our stay. That said, there are some areas that could be improved. Bartenders were generally not very friendly, and there were too many sales pitches from spa staff and travel service reps. We also got roped into a 5-hour presentation that we’d strongly suggest skipping. The constant push for tips and upsells throughout the resort was frustrating at times. Overall, we did enjoy the trip and appreciated the resort’s amenities and lovely staff, but the room issues, upselling, and inconsistent service make it unlikely that we’d stay here again.
