Buen hotel, me gustó y Adriana la mejor animadora Our trip to Majestic Colonial was absolutely unforgettable thanks to the amazing staff who made our stay 10x better! From the moment we walked in, Marisol greeted me with so much love and warmth — she even placed a beautiful mapola flower on my ear, making me feel the tropical vibe right away. She treated me with the kind of care that felt like a mother’s love, and that truly touched my heart. Our servers Cristian, Richardo, and others were just incredible — always so kind, funny, and attentive. They made sure our drinks were always perfect (never too strong, just right!) and even decorated our table before we arrived. Every meal came with smiles, laughter, and great vibes. I 100% recommend Majestic Colonial — not just for the beautiful resort, but for the people who make it so special. The service, the energy, and the love they put into what they do made our trip one we’ll never forget. ❤️🌺🍹 Our butler Samuel Enrique went above and beyond our expectations! From the very start, he made sure everything was perfectly planned and taken care of — we never had to ask for a single thing. All of our reservations and room services were arranged in advance, and he constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay absolutely unforgettable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We absolutely love majestic so so much! It is our 6th time here! Cristina is one of our favorite workers. The entertainment host Francis is so kind and fun! We have enjoyed seeing all of our favorite Dominican friends here at the resort. We will continue to come back. Food has been awesome!😎♥️☀️

Overall 9/10 Had a family vacation here end of OCT/2025 with a group of 5, including a 3 yr old kid. Overall fantastic experience. Room: 7.5/10, clean but bit outdated, with slight mod smell and multiple malfunctioning plugs. Check-in was bit long. Pool: 10/10, great and giant pool surrounds entire hotel, very clean water, integrated spa area. Fun kids pools for all ages. Beach: 9.5/10, beyond my expectation, I expected some seaweed (end of Oct), but very manageable. Smooth sand. Lots of seating area with shades, no need to fight for spots. Entertainment: 10/10, endless entertainment, staffs constantly asking us to join their events, including dancing, sports etc. entertainment every night without stopping, never felt bored. Food: 10/10 great quality of food. We didn’t even go to the specialty restaurants coz the buffet is great enough. Abundant choice of food including lobster, steak, fish, sashimi. I gained 4kg of weight at day 7. Halloween dinner was magnificent. Breakfast at seaside restaurant was amazing. Bar: 9/10, convenient locations throughout the hotel, easy to get soda, cocktail and beers whenever I felt thirsty, wait time was kept within 3 min. Other facilities: 9/10, tried parasailing (fee), bit short but great experience. Small casino was another bonus to spend some time. Sports bar is also great for sports lovers, we watched blue jay games here. Beach volleyball was great for all ages to join.

We visited as a family with our two young sons (ages 5 and 4), and we truly had the best experience of our lives. The resort is very family-oriented, with daily kids’ activities that kept our boys entertained and happy from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Cristina and her team were incredible with the children—she made sure every day was full of fun activities. Our boys absolutely love love love Cristina; she quickly became the highlight of their trip! Jesus at the bar was also amazing. He would always prepare milkshakes for the kids, and they loved watching him make them each time. It became a fun little ritual they looked forward to daily. Pedro at the restaurant stood out as well. He was attentive, patient, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. He even made such an impression that one of our sons drew him a picture—something we’ll never forget. This was a wonderful family experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Our stay at Majestic Colonial was truly one of the most memorable vacations we’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our amazing butler, who went above and beyond to make every moment feel extra special. We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Fausto, our favourite bartender, and Epilido, our wonderful server at the French cuisine restaurant. Their energy, kindness, and great sense of humor really made a lasting impression on us, they helped make the trip even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, always fresh, with tons of variety, and something new to try each day. The beach was beautiful, and while there was some seaweed, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there. If we had one suggestion, it would be to renovate the washrooms and bedrooms, as they’re outdated. That said, the entertainment was great, and the overall atmosphere of the resort made it easy to relax and have fun. We’d absolutely return and are so grateful to the Majestic Colonial team for making our anniversary so special.
