Overall, the stay was OK. The rooms were nice and clean, and the pools were great – lots of space to relax. The food was decent, nothing special but definitely fine. The reception was a bit chaotic at times, so check-in and communication could be smoother. The gym, however, is quite outdated – really needs some renovation. Other than that, the resort itself has a good vibe and we had a pleasant stay overall.

We made the best decision when we chose this hotel for our holiday. Everything was just perfect: the room, the food, the area, the location, the entertainments. But what we liked most of all at this place was the staff, the absolutely amazing staff. All of them- the reception guys, the guys that clean rooms or serve the food at the restaurants- they smile, say beautiful words and make you feel welcome at every step. We have no doubts we will go to Stella Gardens again!!!

The staff were lovely. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The food was good on the whole. The only real downside was the evening entertainment and because the hotel is very remote there was nothing else to do except listen to the same kids songs being played every night. For this reason I would not visit again.

Mahmoud was amazing. He went above and beyond for us. Other customers really appreciated his attentiveness. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a new drink every time our glass was empty. He was very virtuous and respectful. He is an asset to your team. He was a credit to the hotel

Everything at the hotel was perfect! The animation team are so kind, welcoming and overall just amazing to be around. They like to get you involved with everything and are such nice people! The same goes for all of the bar staff around the pool, the waiters in the restaurant and the cleaners! I would highly recommend this hotel, the holiday was a fantastic experience with many memories made!
