I had an amazing time at the hotel! Everything was just perfect - the animation team was super friencly, funny, and full of energy. They made every day so much fun with their shows, games, and activities. The restaurant was great too - delicious food, a big variety every day, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The service overall was excellent, everyone was polite and ready to help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Special thanks to the animation team - you made the holiday unforgettable!

There have been great moments. Lovely hotel, amazing views and staff who work tirelessly to accommodate you. The pools are great with enough space for all. Special shout out to Barkat at the main pool bar! There was plenty of variety when it came to food and again shout out to the bartenders, Ahmed Sabah and restaurant staff who make this operation happen. Respect goes a long way and I rate them highly. Housekeeping was great and always friendly! The animation team (Oumou) were great and always wanted to get the fun going! I did have a small blip with the store attendant in the hotel shop, but was helped/assisted by a reasonable gentleman who appeared to understand my concern and rectified the issue. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant team were fantastic and the food was great with a nice variety every day, something for everyone! The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively from morning to night – always full of energy and fun activities to join in with throughout the day. The lifeguard and pool bartender were also brilliant – super attentive, always smiling, and made our days by the pool even better. There’s never a dull moment here, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about guests having the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this place enough – truly an unforgettable stay!

I stayed 10 days in this hotel, and the staff were excellent I have nothing negative to say. I especially want to highlight and thank two exceptional people: Ahmed Abd El Fattah, the restaurant manager, and Chef Mohamed Ala, who cooked for me every morning and evening for 10 days, preparing special meals for my blood pressure. I truly appreciate their dedication, kindness, and constant smiles. Honestly, I didn’t have a good impression of the reception staff, but the chef and the manager completely changed my opinion about this hotel. In any case, please don’t ever change your manager or your chef as I said, they were absolutely extraordinary with my husband and me❤️ I also thank the entertainment team, Oumou, who is very friendly and always smiling, as well as the team of Mostafa, Assem, and Mr. Ebaid🤍
