Our experience at Serenity Coconut Bay was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The service throughout the resort was impeccable warm, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. A special thank you to our incredible butler, Ethan, who made our trip unforgettable. He anticipated our every need, arranged everything seamlessly, and added so many thoughtful touches that made our stay feel personalized and effortless. The food was absolutely outstanding every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or dinner under the stars, each dining experience was memorable. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. Serenity truly lives up to its name — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

If I could give Serenity more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I chose to stay here for our honeymoon and every single aspect of this resort exceeded all expectations. As we arrived, our Butler Ali (the sweetest human, and FANTASTIC host) greeted us with drinks and a fully planned itinerary for our stay. There was the perfect balance of activities, private moments, and downtime planned for us every single day of our stay. The staff was incredible - they remembered our names, details about the drinks and food we enjoyed and made sure every second of our trip was luxurious and fun. And they all did it with big, genuine smiles on their faces. The food also notably was incredible at Serenity. Across the street was coconut bay which we had full access to & very much so enjoyed as well! I would choose Serenity over and over again if I could! If you stay here you will not regret it!!

We just finished our honeymoon at Serenity and it was literally everything I dreamed of. Our butler, Ali, created the most perfect itinerary for our week and made sure we were stocked with all of our favorite snacks & drinks! Ray made the best drinks for us by the pool in the afternoon - then Lee & Charles & Delon made us THE best espresso martinis for the evening. Tyler with room service was the absolute sweetest. We did a cabana dinner with Daniel and his service was 10/10. And we can’t go without raving about Jonathan the coconut guy who made sure we had fresh coconut juice every morning and Sabi who made our dinner experience unforgettable, and Kevin who gave the best wine tasting (it was my favorite part of our stay!). Overall, I literally have nothing bad to say about Serenity. The staff made the trip - they remember you by name and made the days so bright and cheerful. We can’t wait to go back!

We had the most dreamy honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay! Our butler was Davidson, who went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs and desires were met at all times. All the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, warm, and kind, and they all do everything in their power to make your stay perfect. The suites are spacious, clean, romantic, and just beautiful. There is daily housekeeping and nightly turndown services, in addition to 24/7 room and butler service. The resort is only a five minute drive from the airport, and they provide free transportation to and from, which is really nice. The food is delicious too. Breakfast was my favorite every morning! One of our favorite parts of our trip was the beach cabana! They drop you off via golf cart to a private cabana with breathtaking views right on the ocean. They’re stocked with a filled cooler, towels, loungers, a beach chair, and a swinging bed, and of course, your butler delivers you anything you’d like right to your cabana (lunch, drinks, etc.). There are lovely hammocks right on the water, and there’s a fun tiki bar and burger shack. Just perfect! The resort also has tons of activities going on all the time, from wine and cheese pairings and rum tasting to fire-breather shows and late night chocolate fountains. They bring the fun, vibrant Saint Lucian culture right to their resort for you to experience. We had an absolutely incredible time, and we were so sad to go home.

When my wife and I were researching an all-inclusive, couples-only resort as an alternative to Sandals in Jamaica, our search led us to Serenity at Coconut Bay—and we could not have made a better decision. Where do I start? Our private suite exceeded every expectation: a beautiful plunge pool, outdoor shower, fully stocked wet bar, spacious lounge areas, and a two-person hammock. Inside, the luxury continued with a perfectly chilled room, a large soaking tub, an ice maker, and plenty of bottled water. The suite also featured a large, comfortable bed, cozy couch, and two TVs for relaxation. Our experience was made truly exceptional by our private butler, Davidson, who made everything effortless. He coordinated every detail of our stay while we enjoyed some of the best food and drinks on the island. Davidson was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable—providing flawless daily service and smoothly transitioning us to our relief butler and evening staff after sunset. One of our favorite touches was the “pass-through” door, allowing for discreet deliveries while maintaining complete privacy. Our package included a variety of activities both within Coconut Bay Resort and across the island of Saint Lucia. For an all-inclusive, adults-only Caribbean getaway, there is truly no better place than Serenity at Coconut Bay.
