I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you travel frequently. Cons: • Every meal we had from the buffet to the restaurants weren’t good. The best option was the Asian restaurant and the food truck for lunch. • The service also wasn’t good at all. I’m Caribbean and have traveled to over 10 islands, but this is the first where I experienced extreme “island time”. Every worker took forever to come back to us for utensils, water, anything. • Tipping is the only way you’ll get good service. I started tipping first to guarantee us good service the rest of the trip. (I always tip but usually after the service, but not as a means to “bribe” good service from someone) • The rooms were also a bit outdated with the mattress feeling very old. Pros: • the view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and clean. • Nighttime entertainment is pretty funny as well. • resort is easily walkable • drop off/pick up for airport was seamless Note: The resort is far from the airport but that’s just how St. Lucia is. If you stay closer to the airport, you’ll still travel 45min+ to activities & vice versa, if you stay 1hour+ away.

I’ve never been more ready to leave for home in my life! If the option was available to give zero stars, I would. I’m going to give my review based on: cleanliness and hospitality. Hospitality and cleanliness are completely nonexistent. Our group was treated with indifference with every request or question. Room service was over 2 hour wait time. The rooms were disgusting. They smell like mildew upon entering. Dust bunnies everywhere, and you’ll have to beg for fresh towels, toilet paper, or for fresh sheets. The couches are filthy and old. The “bartenders” have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t know how to make a simple cocktail. It’s just yuck all around. If you’re even thinking about booking here, don’t. Spend the extra money to lodge at a cleaner, friendlier resort.

We stayed at this resort for our annual girls trip this October 2025z , its 2 hours away from airport. The transportation from airport is horrible, they made us wait for 45 minutes at the airport, just to fill the bus with more passengers. Despite only one empty seat. Communication was zero. We all had long flights, they had no water or snacks on bus. The resort itself is dark.dingy and has nothing going on, except one night there was karaoke which was also not that great. Silent disco party that ended at 10:00. Staff is rude and doesn’t believe in hospitality. Food is below average. Restaurants are 1 star. Buffet is also so so. We had three rooms, the swim out pool is meh, they didn’t clean the rooms or replace towels unless asked. The iron in the rooms was so bad that it burnt our silk outfits. There was no iron board in one room and no iron in other room. Those were not even placed after several calls. So we just shared the same board and iron and took turns. Spa was good for the price. They had to call someOne to do our hair after we requested, otherwise salon was closed for months. They are short staffed and it is obvious. We booked excursion to go for mud bath, see waterfall and snorkeling. Thats was fun. We had a great time just being together but resort had nothing to do with that. They believe in direct and blunt style of communication. I will not go or recommend this place to anyone.

The Worst Vacation We’ve Ever Had If I could give this 0 stars I would! Our stay was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The resort ran out of tequila every single day — how does a Caribbean resort run out of tequila? The food situation was just as bad: one day they ran out of burgers, the next day jerk chicken, and at the steakhouse, even the ribeye was “unavailable.” When food was available, it was subpar — the crab cake was hard as a brick and small enough to pass for a chicken nugget. Basic amenities were also a mess. They repeatedly ran out of pool and beach towels, which made it impossible to enjoy the facilities comfortably. We booked a king-size junior suite but were given two queen beds instead, with no effort to correct the issue. The elevator was out the entire time! We had to use the service elevator our friends weren’t so lucky they didn’t allow them to use their service elevator they were told to walk. When we politely shared our concerns with staff, they seemed completely indifferent — no apology, no accountability, just blank stares. I’ve never been so happy to go home from a trip. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating experience that we couldn’t wait to end. Save yourself the disappointment — this was by far the worst vacation we’ve ever been on.

An Unforgettable 20-Star Experience at Royalton Saint Lucia! I recently took all 28 of my staff on a well-deserved one-night getaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, and let me just say — it was beyond amazing! We booked 8 rooms to accommodate everyone, and from start to finish, the experience didn’t just meet our expectations — it surpassed every other experience we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Greta and Sancha in reservations set the tone for excellence. They were kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. Every question, every little query, they handled with grace and professionalism. Their quick responses and dedication made the booking process seamless — truly superb service and an amazing attitude that deserves to be recognized. Then came check-in — and that’s when the magic continued. Steffi, Prosperity, Ron, and Neil — wow. These four truly made our arrival unforgettable. Their smiles were authentic and warm, not forced, not mechanical — and that genuine friendliness immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we entered our rooms — beautiful! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The service throughout was excellent, and the bartenders kept the energy high and the drinks flowing perfectly. But the star of the show — the person who truly made this trip extraordinary — was Chef Sylvester. No other chef on the island can even come close to his level of passion, creativity, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond for our group, personally catering to a very important need we had for our dinner. His care and professionalism touched our hearts in a way we’ll never forget. Chef Sylvester deserves a raise and endless recognition! There’s truly a special place for him in our hearts. The dinner service was exceptional errol and jayden who cane to help from the steakhouse. Every single staff member treated us like royalty, and that level of care means everything! The check-out was swift and organized — and I have to laugh because when they said checkout was at 12 noon, they meant it! I got locked out right at 12.01 while grabbing my luggage — but the cleaner kindly helped us, and Steffy again was so gracious during the process, even helping us organize a taxi. If I had to mention one tiny downside, it would be that the steakhouse was closed, and we were really looking forward to that. Also, the other restaurants were fully booked, so definitely make sure to pre-book your dining experiences. Other than that, everything was flawless. The service, the energy, the smiles, the food, the people, it all felt like home, only better. My entire team has already said it: next time, one night isn’t enough. We’re coming back for at least three nights of Royalty! Thank you, Royalton Saint Lucia! Thank you for making our staff getaway a 20-star experience we will never forget. You’ve set the bar higher than ever, and we can’t wait to return! — With gratitude and excitement Seashell Team
