No wonder it’s a 5-star hotel! Ramada by Wyndham Menam Riverside is such a nice and relaxing place to stay. The room was big, clean, and had a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River. The breakfast had a lot of choices, and the seafood dinner by the river was really good — fresh and tasty, with a lovely view at night. The pool, gym, and free boat to Asiatique were also great. The staff were kind and helpful all throughout my stay. Being on this side of Bangkok, near the river, feels so calm and peaceful compared to the busy city area. I’d definitely stay here again! 🌅

I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean. The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay. Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping. Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge. Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay. ⭐️ Overall rating: 8.5/10 👍 Highlights: Breakfast, staff service, riverside location, close to Asiatique 👎 To improve: Old furniture, especially the sofa

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and some snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. They also accommodated my request for early check-in, making the experience even smoother. The reception staff were courteous and responsive throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful river view that added to the charm. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend!
SEDHU NAIR
One of the best five star rated hotels on the riverfront, Menam, Bangkok. Excellent river facing rooms upto sixteen floors. You can see cruise luxury boats to regular transport boats moving around all the time sitting in your room. The river Chao praya was full at the time of our visit. Hotel provides free boat ride to Sathorn pier through out the day as also a beautiful Tuk-tuk service to Asiatiq pier front. Ideal for Bangkok city visitors. Excellent peaceful ambience. Extremely courteous staff at all service areas ever ready to assist in whatever possible way. No request, howsoever difficult, is turned away. At the restaurant the name of Executive Chef Sinu George needs special mention for his super excellent service and assistance. The gym and swimming pool were of very high standards. Overall, one of the best facilities for stay in Bangkok 🌷

Wow, what an incredible experience! This was our second visit, and we were again amazed by the outstanding service and offer at the executive lounge as well as the view to the river, the pool and breakfast selection. Some of the rooms are still a bit outdated but you can choose when you book. The service was top-notch; every request was met with a smile and swift action. A special shoutout to the 3 gentlemen at the exec floor (Edward, A and C) - their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back for more!
