Beautiful hotel in a lovely location overlooking the beach. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Food in the main dining room was plentiful and a good selection of tasty dishes. Chakir was the best host, he always greeted us with a smile and was efficient with his service. The bar was a little understaffed at times and the pool service a little lacking. Drinks selection could be better. Farhat was amazing and always looked after us. The rooms are a good size and have great showers. Lovely to get the towel animals too! Abdessamdd was a lovely housekeeper and left beautiful little notes for us. Great to have tea and coffee facilities, although a coffee machine would be a nice upgrade. Reception were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our booking. Hotel shops could be better, some hotel magnets or t-shirts would sell better than the cheap knockoffs. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is beautiful, the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had a slight issue with our room on arrival and it was sorted in no time at all. The food has all been excellent too. The animation team like all staff work very hard and keep the atmosphere positive with big smiles on their faces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing holiday.

We had a great experience during the week we have stayed. The pools are vast and refreshing and pool activities abundant. They animation team will cater to any and all guest needed accommodations for the much needed dopamine fix and we look forward to returning to this paradise.

It was unforgettable and amazing! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff were very kind. I want to highlight the FOOD. Oh, the food was amazing. Whatever we ate, was very delicious. Young pastry chef from the main restaurant (dinner time) deserves to present his desserts at the best restaurants in the world, the small cakes made of banana cream were extremely delicious and creative! Said from the Moroccan restaurant was so helpful and kind. He made our day! One more staff member that made us laugh and happy was a Towel guy Ismael. Evening entertainment program was great, too! We enjoyed the stay and we are thankful to the hotel for its hospitality and kindness. However, one thing that seemed a bit unusual and unexpected was that there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the hotel room. We bought one in the hotel shop, but still. To have bathrobes in the rooms of the 5-star hotel would be beneficial, too.
